Oleum extracts being sold here are from 2023. As well as most extracts have been sitting a long time. Shelf life has lost taste and potency. Also young budtender with blonde hair is very rude, her energy is off right when you come in. Not sure why this is the only place that keeps things 3 years old. Prices are high and limited 10% discount, which is why their stuff sits so long. Personality of all budtenders is extreme and low frequency. I have been a long time supporter of the extract company, I will be messaging them. I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate their product being marketed this way. read more

Not too many options in Gig Harbor, but thats ok because Sweet Jane is a great spot. Great customer service with very knowledgeable bud-tenders who know their products cold. I can't relate to any of the negative experiences others have had. I've been here literally dozens of times and never had a bad experience. There are new bud tenders every so often, but I see the same crew who've been there for years. All of them are very friendly and helpful. Maybe for a true head, their selection is not enough? I don't understand those complaints, because SJ has an amazing selection of standard and traditional products as well as a variety of new stuff too. I find Sweet Jane to be a more low-key and personable shop then anywhere else I've been in either WA or OR. Other customers are treated well too, from what I see when I come in. Sweet Jane has good deals, good products, and none of the gimmicks, hustle, and spin you see in some other places. The staff are humble and authentic people who truly just do their jobs and genuinely want to help. The one and only drawback is that if you go there from Hwy 16, it can be difficult and dangerous to take a left on the Key Pen Hwy to head back home, but that's my problem, not theirs, and as those ketchup commercials used to say: good things come to those who wait. I'm very grateful for Sweet Jane and the kind folks tending shop. read more

Is it a million dollar building? No. But I'll tell you what this place does very well, customer service! So many kind faces working here. This is the closest shop to the harbor, making it somewhat of a life saver. I love the drive out across the bridge to this location. You get a nice view of the sound. The building is located about 4 minutes past the bridge, plenty of parking, great bud selection AND cartridge variety, and like I said, good customer service! Plus, they take debit cards that apply the fee (instead of going to the atm) right at the close of the transaction. I would recommend coming here to anyone. Mid prices, not the largest selection, and hours are not right. Apple says they close at 11:30, google says 11, THEIR website says 11, but they close sometime before 10-1030. Drove nearly a half hour to get here only to find them closed at 10:35. Go to zips in Tacoma or any commencement bay, much better selection + more consistent. read more

The selection is bad. All the brands I liked they don't carry. So I asked for their recommendation. All I can say is I paid over 100.00 for some very low quality flower. If you are looking for cartridges don't bother their selection of those are even less than the flower options. Staff seems nice but I have had a couple that were a little rude but I kind of find that to be the case in every shop I've gone to. Filabong is still my favorite!! They not only carry all my favorites, they call me when they come in to be sure I get some before they sell out. I'll drive the extra 35 min AND I HATE DRIVING!! read more

They had nothing but crumble for $20 and under. Why spend $20 on trim run crumble here, when I can go to Clear Choice in Tacoma and get better quality oil for $12-$15?
