Very disappointing experience…read more I had previously been to this stylist before and never had any issues, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. After about 2 hours, I was suddenly told the service would take another hour, making the total time over 3 hours. That was never communicated when I booked the appointment. For context, the service was simply a single dark color hair dye on shoulder-length hair, with no complicated technique, so I planned my time based on the estimate I was given. Because my baby was crying at home, I had to leave early. As a result, the service was not completed -- I didn't receive the full treatment, there was no styling, and my hair was only briefly air-dried. Despite this, I was still asked to pay the full price. When I questioned it, the stylist made a very unpleasant comment, saying she "had a feeling it would be like this with me." The issue wasn't the time itself -- it was the miscommunication about the service duration and the way the situation was handled afterward. Respectful communication and clear expectations are important when booking an appointment. Unfortunately, this was a very unfair and unpleasant salon experience, and I wouldn't recommend booking here if timing and professionalism matter to you.

I gave a 4-star rating on Fresha and was then contacted by Ashley, whom I had never met, asking why I didn't give a 5. I explained honestly that I felt the price was quite high. Ashley proceeded to berate me about how the price was more than fair and also criticized me for being late. I was actually in the building but had difficulty finding the office, which was tucked away in a maze of hallways with no one at the entrance to greet or direct me. If you ask customers for their opinions, you should be prepared to receive honest feedback--even when it isn't exactly what you hoped to hear. The comments Ashley made about my review and my opinion were unnecessary and, in my opinion, extremely unprofessional. I truly wish Anaiyah the best because she was wonderful, but unfortunately, I will not be returning due to Ashley's defensiveness and handling of the situation. I'm looking forward to my next appointment at a much more affordable location. :)

I don't think Anali really understood what I wanted. I wanted to blend my natural hair color with some color like the picture. She's cash only and I spent $300 and tip her still. I should have told her on the spot I hated my hair but I just wanted to get out of there. When she started to blow dry the front of my hair to style it. I had told her i thought my hair would be lighter since it didn't look even to me. She proceeded to bleach the front of my hair only and told me it wouldn't be the same as the rest of the color? She re-added bleach to the front for an additional 30 minutes. My hair is actually damaged from this entire process. I did get the courage to text her and told her that I wasn't happy with my front hair and how it didn't match the rest of my hair. That it's very chunky yellow highlights. I knew she wouldn't fix the rest so my main focus was getting the ugly yellow fixed. Which she answered her next available appointment was until she is back from vacation. I don't think any hairstylist thinks someone would truly like the color she left my hair. I decided to cancel the appointment for her to try to match my hair and go to another salon. I finally got my hair fixed and it's blended good and no more chunky yellow bangs. I spent over $400 to fix it somewhere else's however now I actually love my hair. They had to trim more of my hair because of the damaged done. My review is just for Anali. I seen the other ladies here doing their clients hair and no one else walked one with yellow hair.
