I was so impressed with ABC towing. Last Saturday, I was frantic when my beloved Prius finally had a problem after 13 years when my brakes started giving out. Jason showed up before I even had a chance to get everything out of my car. He was so friendly and kind and helpful and got my car right up on the truck and was gone in a flash, off to Toyota. Needed service at nearest I95 rest area; called the, right away sent them the map location; it was the battery so just a jump start was needed; they charged 180$ when I called them they said because they went to the wrong rest area and have to look for the car; obviously they did not look at the map so they charged me for this incompetence read more

I'm a member of AAA...what a disappointment they are. My car broke down blocking traffic. The automatic wouldn't move to neutral (it wouldn't move at all) so I could get the car out of everyone's way. I called AAA for a tow truck and 2.5 hours later I was still waiting for a tow. A good Samaritan drove by, saw me in total distress. I told I was waiting for a tow truck that AAA was trying to schedule, and he laughed, saying that I could wait another 2 hours. However, he mentioned ABC Towing, gave me the number to call. They were there helping me within 10 minutes. Needless to say, I've put ABC Towing in my phone to call if needed and canceling my AAA subscription. read more

On August 29, I began having car troubles. First, I thought I just needed to jump off to make it to Advance Auto for a new battery. He helped me write my vehicle and that I was off to advance. After leaving Advance Auto, I thought everything was okay. However, after another stop, I began having the same issues. The owner of A B C towing bailed me out for a second time by coming to the DMV and taking my vehicle to Beaver Toyota. His compassion and understanding were incredible. Words cannot tell him how much I appreciate his kindness. He helped turn a very bad situation into a much more manageable one. My daughter's car wouldn't start so I needed a tow to a local shop. No more than 15 miles total. They came within a couple hours and took the car where it needed to go. My only concern is that I was charged $80. I called and asked why, it's advertised for $45. I was told " that's how much it is". Just an FYI so no one else is surprised read more

We were broke down in St Augustine, 2 1/2 hours from our destination. We found a mechanic that could look at my vehicle that day. They actually arranged the towing for us. It was pouring down rain and storming so it took a little longer for the tow truck to get there-still only about 30-40 minutes. He had the vehicle hooked up in no time. From the time he arrived until drop off was maybe 10 minutes-super fast. $45 cash-very cheap! You can also pay by card if you need to but it is $5 more. read more

This company advertises $45 anywhere in Saint Augustine. It is a lie. I live 2.2 miles from where my vehicle broke down. They said it will be $65.00 to $75.00 on Mondays and Friday's. I guess they make the rate according to the day and time. May I suggest calling someone else and do not waste your time with this business. read more

Excellent company in the event you want your vehicle SOLD ILLEGALLY. I've left review on Yelp and don't necessarily need to leave it here as well, given this IS the company website and my neg feedback will most likely be removed by them. In short, my brother was rightfully arrested and we had no idea where his vehicle was. Both St Augustine Police Dept and St. John's County Sheriff's Dept were kind enough to call them to see if they had towed vehicle. Both governing agencies were told no. False information provided. After a few WEEKS, I was contacted by them and advised they did in fact have vehicle. Also advised of cost @ $30.00 a day. I informed them it would be another ten days (we were in Italy but I didn't inform him of that). Upon our return I immediately contacted them only to discover they had sold the vehicle ILLEGALLY. 9/25/18 Today as we are preparing for legal action against ABC, we have learned of even more illegal action taken on the part of ABC Towing. We are filing legal action against them now. What they did obviously shows that they do NOT govern themselves by laws set forth for Towing Companies and they most definitely are NOT above the law. read more

Here we go again. When you need this service things just aren't going very good. Just that for me. My truck was in the road out front of work so The cops in St. Augustine like to give you tickets for just this. I went looking on yelp and found ABC and called them. Mark answered the phone and I told him what was up. He said that he could hook me up and do the deed.Well he arrived just like he said he would in about 15 minutes. He hooked up to my truck just like the Miami repo guys of the tv show. Off he went for maybe one of the shortest tows he had in a longtime. About a 100 yards is all I needed. He did it and put my truck where I wanted it. We then talked about money and he said how about this much. I paid just what he asked. I was referred to ABC Towing by Sargent's Auto and am very pleased. $45 to go all the way from Butler Beach up to Sargent's on US1. Back in PA, they would have charged me $75 for a tow like that. I can't say enough great things about Mark and ABC Towing! My car wasn't turning over so of course I naturally thought here it comes, a huge tow bill followed by an even bigger service bill. When I called ABC and Mark showed up he asked what was wrong. When I explained the problem, he got in and tried to turn the car over. He said he had heard of this happening before and this was how to fix it. He GOT MY CAR WORKING AGAIN. And on top of it he wouldn't even take any money for coming out. ABC Towing was a life saver!!! ABC towed my daughters car from Flagler College's parking garage, and did it in super fast record time! From the 1st phone call to ABC, to delivery at Feldman's Auto, it took less than 30 minutes!!! We live in Maryland and they were a godsend. My day began at 9:30 calling our insurance companies inferior towing service (Agero). We have Nationwide insurance's inferior towing service (Agero) who unsuccessfully contracted 3 towing companies to the parking garage where they knew the height and still couldn't tow my daughters car. One said they would drive it out then tow it! Frustrated, after 3 hours of dealing with Nationwide and Agero's ridiculous recommendations, I found a towing company myself online, called at 12:42, paid by credit card over the phone, then received a text message at 1:04 that it was delivered to Feldman's!!!!
