Called Saint Augustine Tire Towing service (another BNI associate of my son's) and they were there within an hour or so. It cost $150, but I thought that was pretty reasonable all things considered. The front desk employee promised to follow up but never did, despite multiple attempts to contact her. Two weeks later, I was told my car had been sold at auction without any notice. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was denied access to any further information. I am pursuing legal action due to the theft and mishandling of my property. This business needs to be shut down.

When the driver arrived he said he could not get into my car (Saturn Sky) because it was "too small" he would not fit, so I would have get into the car to guide it up onto the the flatbed. WTH! my car was towed to Discount Tire few miles away. when I got home I realized that the tow truck had completely scored my driveway. I assume there was something underneath the truck dragging so there were big gouges in my concrete driveway. Then after my tires were put on my car it was not drivable. I took it to an automotive shop. They said that the tow truck driver had hooked his tow cable to my tie rod and bent tie rod, making my car not drivable. My insurance company contacted them. They lied through their teeth and told them it was my fault, that I bent the tie rod when my tire blew out which is impossible and BS, and blamed me for their incompetence. it cost me over $500 to replace the tie rod and to get the car realigned. DO NOT use this horrible company ever!!! no wonder they're not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
