It's a classic bait-and-switch maneuver; they'll then try to get you interested in a similar vehicle or a completely different make and model. Why didn't they mention the vehicle was sold on the day of your appointment or even the day before? I'm relieved I avoided buying from a dealer that employs these tactics. read more

After my mom bought me a car from there literally it was the worst car ever it was a brand new civic 2018 less than 100 miles but it kept breaking down like it was made in the 1800s. I find out 8 months after purchase that van had been in unreported accident causing misalignment of rear door. Also, a different accident onsite at Baha was fixed so poorly it required body work within 14 days of my purchase....they offered to pick up half of that even tho they were fully responsible. Other promised fixes were not made and have required multiple dealership and now 2 body shop visits. Do your homework......and buy elsewhere! read more

Bought the Audi Q5 2012, same month I had to change rear and front break pads , following month , I changed the motor mounts cause it was leaking, 1 and half month later fill the engine with oil every every week, I have to add 2 quaters of oils every week, by 3 month the car stop on me, not working any more, the engine is down , break , the car stop running. This is the worst dealer I ve ever deal with, they hit you with the higher interest 23% , 1 month warranty with 50/50. The guys name is Ali and Yaya or saiid. BUYER BEWARE! We bought our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from here and the car tested great at the lot, car fax showed no red flags, everything seemed fine. Less than a month after purchasing this car, our sliding doors are messing up, didn't think anything of it. Now less than 1 year later (no accidents whatsoever) and the driver window control is shotty, siding from the car is flying off,and the doors are increasingly getting worse and now we're told they can't do anything about it. Our first car big enough for the whole family and it's breaking down not even a year into having it. Absolutely absurd that we are having these issues with a car that barely has 10,000 miles on it. Word of advice: Do not purchase a car here. If the deal seems to good to be true, it's because it is and it's most likely a crap car. Honorable Mention: While we were there, another couple asked to see the car fax and it was forged to say it wasn't in an accident, when in fact it had been in 2 accidents according to KBB. read more

We drove from a different state (which the manager and other employees knew), bought a van in cash ($9,000 to be exact). The van broke down the next day. We took it to our mechanic and according to him the van is in very bad condition. It's going to take a couple thousand to get fixed. When we called Baha Auto sales to try to see if we could exchange the car or get our money back, the manager didn't bother to try to help. His words were "I'm here to do business, not friends. I loved working with them, I sent in a question about a car online and they had gotten back to me in about 20 minutes, I came in and they had the car sitting there waiting to be tested. The car drove great they were very busy so the first test drive was extremely short but after asking the manager to go on a longer one, so I could get the car up to about 65mph there was no issue. Came back in and immediately sat down with prices all of the employees were extremely willing to work and get me the best price I gave them one offer and they took it. I went to this dealer this morning with my family, we have looked a car online and we decided to go and check it out. I walked in and start talking to a guy his name is Awad or Auwad and he was on his cell phone. Went out while waiting for someone and I found the car. A guy approach me and he was nice. He walked me back in to the same guy and told him am an Arab and he started to ask me questions. i asked for the carfax, and for a test drive, He said there is a policy to run credit which I totally understand, so I asked to hold on and negotiate price. I offered him what I can pay he said it is so low. I apologized and left to think more. I called 5 minutes later and asked him to keep my phone number and I increased my offer and told him if we can work around it he can call me back. Here the great part he SAID WE PUT THIS CARS ONLINE BECAUSE IT IS NOT FOR ARABS. This sentence is full of hate and racism, and the most ridicules part that he is an ARAB, I told him I can afford the price but anyone will ask for better price not only Arabs. I have called a manager and he apologized for this inappropriate comment, but this is not enough this kind of behavior is not accepted by anyone. I wish the no Star was an option. My experience with this dealer was horrible. I purchased a 07 GMC Arcadia. The truck drove fine during test drive I paid over $10 grand Cash for the truck. After the 2nd day the truck was not working properly. The check engine light came on. I took it to auto zone and 4 transmission codes popped up. I called the salesman Juan and he said bring the truck in to be tested but he is sure nothing is wrong after I told him about the codes. He insisted their machine was better than auto zones. After two days he gave it back said nothing was wrong of course but I should purchase an extended warranty for $900. I was so outdone by all the money I just spent on a truck that doesn't work I wouldn't dare pay another dime. I could not believe it. The truck drove like it was about to breakdown at any moment. After about twenty days and barley driving it out of fear the check engine light came back on I went back to auto zone and got the same codes. I was hoping for a different outcome. I called Juan and he said he would have someone pick it up because at this point the truck wouldn't even drive. He said they would pay Half the cost of repairs and it had to go to his repair person.......let's recap I paid over $10,000 for this truck less than 30 days prior barley drive it and it's not working and they want me to pay their repair person half the cost to fix it! I just couldn't do it. I never sent the truck to them I just couldn't see myself paying them another dime. They are crooks they take ur money with a smile all the while ripping u off. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Ali and Yahya are AWESOME!!! I have challenged credit and did some shopping around and no one could beat the deal I was given at Baha. As a Real Estate Broker I know the art of negotiation and with Baha it was painless. They gave me everything I asked for and more. I walked out with a low monthly payment, low down payment and best of all a monthly rate I can afford. I got all of this on a car that is only 1 year old with manufacuterer warranty and a warranty from Baha as well. Highly recommend them and I will purchase from them again. Thanks again guys!! This is not just a bad review, this is a warning to future customers. I understand that purchasing used cars means that you assume some of the problems that come along with older models (though 2007 doesn't seem that old), and I have since come to understand that Baha not only sells used cars but sells cars that they get at auctions which means there may be many more problems than normal. However, after the past three weeks dealing with the many issues that have come to light with the car I bought just a little over a month ago, I realize that Baha either does not inspect the cars before putting them on the lot or puts them out knowing the issues (and potentially dangerous issues) and not disclosing them! I have been told by multiple mechanics that the laundry list of problems I had were pre-existing and they were shocked that Baha was not willing to help with any of these. Please be aware that Baha only offers a 50/50 warranty on the engine and transmission for 30 days which is a major red flag. If a seller cannot be confident in their product for at least 30 days that is an extremely bad sign and I should have been scared off! After countless hours and thousands of dollars fixing the car to get it back into driving condition I can now see that Baha has little knowledge about the cars that it is selling and very little concern about the people they are selling them to. I am shocked they are still in business at this point. read more

Let me start of by saying PLEASE Stay away for your own well being. This place is the worst dealership I have encountered. The salesmen and complete crooks and liars. I have no idea how they have managed to stay in business. All the cars they sell are salvaged or flooded but they do not disclose the information on even dare mention it. The worst part is they make you feel like you are getting the deal of a lifetime while they know the car they are selling to you is nothing but scrap. They are not accredited by the BBB (Better Business Bureau) they are not legit and will probably never be certified do to all the scam cars they sell. DO your job and research and read reviews before stepping into this horrible place. BEWARE you have been warned do not let this place take you money. I purchased a car from them an regret even giving them my business. If it seems too good to be true do not do it, They will do anything in their power to sweet talk and make it seem like they care about their customers.
