Last Wed 11.19.25 had an extraction by Dr. Adam Fettig. He, and staff were great during the procedure. Their after-care is lacking to say the least. No pro-active call within a day or 2 to see how I was feeling after the procedure, ok fine. By Saturday, I had the worst pain, swelling, and could see the extraction site was infected. I left 2 voicemails on Saturday on their emergency on call line, never received a call back until Monday (11.24) afternoon after they read my review on Google, which they've since removed apparently! I had to go to my Doctor-MD for antibiotics! Will never return to this practice, will alert my Dental insurance provider and my regular Dentist to not refer to them as well! read more

My two daughters had their wisdom teeth removed on the same day by Dr. Naumann. The appointments were on time, the surgeries went well, and the staff was friendly and efficient. One of my daughters experienced some post surgery complications (no fault of the doctor), and Dr. Naumann returned our calls promptly. He and his assistant met us at his office, in the middle of the night, on a weekend, to resolve the issue. We are so very grateful! Dr Naumann then followed up with us by phone, and in person two more times to make sure everything was healing ok. We felt very well taken care of, and cared for. read more

I had my wisdom teeth taken out with Dr Crinzi. When I was trying to figure out who to go to, I asked everyone I know and he comes so highly recommended that it seemed like he's the best oral surgeon in all the world! When I first met him and shook his hands, I thought, "so that's a surgeon's hands." The shake was uniquely strong and steady, but gentle. Everyone should find a surgeon and shake their hands! It's awesome. (If you get a dead fish or a crusher, run away!!) But seriously, he's pretty good. Aside from my cheeks looking fat for a few days, I got Zero pain from the whole process. I didn't even have to use the pain killers (I'm saving the Vicodin for a special occasion?). He calls that same night and daily for the next 3 days to answer any questions and scheduled weekly followups with me for the next 3 weeks to make sure it's healing right. read more

I was so offended that I walked out. While I was waiting for my appointment, I heard one of the oral surgeons refer to one of his patients as "that retarded girl". I couldn't believe my ears. By 2:15 (I was asked to get there at 1:50 for a 2:00 appointment) I hadn't been seen yet and I asked the receptionist why my appointment was with. When she told me it was with the surgeon that made that comment, I cancelled and left. She was polite and said that she had been taken aback by the comment as well. You can't say things like that! I needed my four wisdom teeth extracted, the lower two of which were impacted. The surgery was performed by Crinzi. It went really really well. I had heard so many horror stories about the process, and was super afraid of getting the treatment. Also, I don't react to general anesthetic well, so I oped for nitrous and staying awake. There were four pinpricks for the numbness shots. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the dentist's assistant was lovely in making me feel comfortable through the process. They gave me a detailed step by step instructions on what to do next, and a goodie bag of items that I would need. I only needed about 1000mg of ibuprofen total per day for two days (and I'm a fairly large 5' 11'', 140lb person). The pain went away easily, and they scheduled a follow up visit in a week to make sure I was cleaning properly so as to avoid infections. So far so good :) The doctor himself is rather impersonal. He comes in for the surgery and leaves immediately. He comes in to take a look at the X-rays and leaves immediately. That said, he seems knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had, and obviously was an excellent surgeon. His impersonal manner is more than offset by the friendly staff. read more

What an excellent, excellent oral surgeon! And his whole staff is wonderful, too. My daughter's orthodontist referred us to Dr. Crinzi for some semi-complex oral surgery. From the initial consultation to the actual procedure to the follow up phone calls and care, the whole experience here was smooth, easy and stress-free. There were no surprises or issues that arose, not with the actual operation or with billing or with prescription meds (called in to our pharmacy a week in advance), or with anything! He and his assistants were super-gentle with my kid. She didn't even flinch with the IV insertion (I was shocked beyond belief at this!), and he talked us through the post-op details thoroughly. He gave her her extracted tooth in a plastic tooth locket on a necklace as a keepsake (how cute!), along with a coupon for free MacDonald's milshake (nice touch!), and he called twice after the fact to see how she was doing. This, in addition to a post-op appointment the following week. Oh, forgot to mention: at the initial consultation, he not only went into detail about the whole procedure, but he cc'ed me into the e-mail thread afterwards, when he e-mailed my kid's dentist and orthodontist, outlining the consult and the recommended operation, and he even attached all the 3-D slides and x-rays to me! I SO appreciated being in the loop with my kid's dental specialists. I felt included and part of the team. Dr Crinzi included me in the e-mail threads after the fact, too. All in all, this whole experience was surprisingly positive. I will definately take both my kids here to get their wisdom teeth out, when they're older. read more

I don't think there's a better doctor in the area for getting my wisdom teeth out. I had some complications and my surgery was not an easy surgery--it wouldn't have been for any doctor. After visiting several surgeons who had insisted on using only laughing gas to pull mine out and not knock mine out I was relieved to find that they do knock you out here. I would have needed it. It would have been horrific if I was conscious for what happened to my mouth. They were fantastic about followup and I had several no-charge follow-up appointments through my recovery. My one complaint was that even after changing me from the first pain medication to Oxycodone they wouldn't up my dosage. They wanted me to wait it out and see if the pain meds worked. They did not and I was in obscene amounts of pain even with the oxy. I wanted to up the dosage or something but they wouldn't have it. I can understand being hesitant to do that but I was literally bed ridden, it hurt to have thick milkshakes and I couldn't do a thing for two weeks because my surgery had complications. It's all fine now and I'd still recommend them. I just wish I'd been more adamant about upping the dosage, maybe they would have listened. read more

My daughter visited Dr. Naumann for tooth extraction. The surgery itself was very good. And it was not a bad experience. Also Dr. Naumann followed up with my daughter's tooth recovery several days later. One downside of the surgery is that the clinic does not have an Anesthesiologist, so he had to coordinate with outside Anesthesiologist. Hence it is pretty hard to get a timeslot for both doctors being available. Also at the date of visit, we waited for extra 30 minutes (imagine the appointment is 6:30AM). read more

I went here to get one of my annoying, impacted wisdom teeth removed. Both Dr. Naumann and the other staff were friendly and professional, and I felt no discomfort during the procedure. I was given my prescriptions in advance as well. It was also gracious of them to accommodate me at short notice when I got a dry socket a few days after the extraction, and they treated me the same day and instructed me on how to keep the socket clean with a syringe. Had 3 of my wisdom tooth removed from IOM. Great staff, great response to calls and mails and of course great doctor. Dr. Naumann was very patient in analyzing the condition ( usually some docs rush this part) and explained me what the problem was. I expected the surgery to be really painful and scary, but the anesthetics were pretty good in keeping the pain away(at least for the next 12 hours). I recovered from the pain and swelling in 5 days(since I had 3 teeth pulled out). Overall the doc and the staff were pretty friendly and skilled in their job. Surely recommend this one. read more

I originally had 5 stars. But I just called Dr. Crinzi's office and asked for a referral to a general dentist for our family. I got the standard "we won't commit to saying one dentist is better than another because it could hurt our referral business" crap. Obviously they didn't say that exactly, but that was the message received. I found him from one horrible dental office who has an unbelievably rude office manager (Dr Nomi in Kirkland) and of course he was first on their list of 15+ names they spouted off on the phone. I will always choose Crinzi for oral surgery, but not impressed that they won't go out on a limb and stand behind some favorite choices. I am sure that Dr. Crinzi does not spread his own dental needs around to 15 dentists, so there has to be one or two that he personally chooses. He and his team are great at earning the trust of their patients, but then let us down when we need help finding someone to trust for general dentistry. In the sea of dentists in the area, patients need any help we can get finding someone to do something so personal and expensive. Would anyone chose a surgeon from the phone book? What if your medical doctor said, you need surgery, here is a list of 15-20 surgeons that will do it. Good luck finding the one that is good at their job. I get not wanting to upset other colleges, but if they don't like what other respected members of their field are saying (or not saying) then they should be motivated to improve or find another line of work. If they all protect each other just because the are fellow dentist, then how do we trust any of them? read more

Dr. Fettig really knows his stuff! He suspected that the weirdness on my gums was caused by the statin I am taking but I agreed that it is best to get a biopsy to be sure. And sure enough, the pathologist confirmed his assumption. Such a pleasure to work with Dr. Fettig and his very competent and congenial office staff. Dr. Crinzi is amazing. I wish I could give 6 stars. I had a double tooth extraction with infection this morning. It was an emergency and I felt bad about taking his time but he was extremely kind and was able to fit me into his extremely busy schedule. By the way, his staff is wonderful and I appreciated the receptionist helping me with my insurance snafu. I had this proceedure at 8:30 this morning, it took 30-ish minutes - mostly painless considering my pain medication didn't take due to deep veins (he even sprays numbing spray before an iv!) - and is now 6:00 PM and I'm not feeling a thing for pain/haven't had to take anything but otc medicine . If I didn't see them in person, I would question if he actually removed them. He's a dental genius, no joke. I'll update if anything changes in pain tomorrow but so far - amazing! read more

I extracted two wisdom teeth on left with Dr. Crinzi, there are plenty of nurses helping during the surgery... They are all quite friendly and helpful. The surgery went through quite smoothly and comfortable.. I had one impacted tooth and thus had IV sedation. I was a ilttle scared at the beginning but i was just like a sleep.. Even though I heard they talking, I felt no pain. The surgery was perfect and I had post-surgery check afterwards for 4 days. I had the feeling they took care of me carefully.. Dr. Crinzi is amazing and I would highly recommend him to anybody and everybody. I just had my wisdom teeth pulled out last week and I was a bit nervous about having the surgery, but there was no need to be. The staff and Dr. Crinzi did a wonderful job working on my teeth and comfort. I believe that I had a very easy surgery. I had heard the horror stories that others had gone through, but I didn't experience anything like that. I was back at work the next day (half-day), I worked out like normal, and I was barely in pain at all. Once the swelling went down, I felt a little discomfort with the stitches coming lose, but it wasn't bad. It was a much easier process than I could ever imagine. Dr. Crinzi is the best of the best and if you have the chance to have him work on your teeth, I think you should take it. read more

My extraction went great and they are friendly. However, I didn't get calls asking how I was. I received no post-op anything but a request to do a review. I tried to stop by and have them to a quick look at my gum and tell me if it looked bad or good but they wouldn't do that without an appointment. It would have taken 60 secs but they wanted me to come in for a 5th appointment. Took 4 appointments to finally get my tooth pulled. I felt like my insurance was being passed around. So they are good at what they do but I didn't feel the 'love' I see others on this site experienced. read more

Dr. Crinzi recognized my problem immediately and reassured me that it was a simple matter. Then he took care of it. He scheduled a callback check-up the following week but I had a medical emergency that day, so he was very pleasant about rescheduling. I will return to see him anytime. read more

I had my wisdom teeth taken care off by Dr. Naumann at this clinic, so far, very satisfied. (My husband had his extracted at other clinic 2 years ago, it was a lot of pain, the process what not clear and smooth.) Here with Implants, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons of Washington, Redmond office, all the staff are very nice. They explained everything that I need to do before, day of, and after surgery, gave me prescriptions before surgery so I can get them ahead of time. The surgery went quick and smooth, I did not feel much pain, then they sent me home with a healing kit. Follow-up appt showed me how to rinse my sockets with syringe, this is way more helpful than reading from the instructions. My healing has been fantastic so far. Excellent staff and doctors, highly recommended. read more

I recently moved to the Redmond area and asked my dentist to recommend me a location to get my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Crinzi was completely comforting in all of my questions and making me feel at ease through the process. The office was very peaceful and they walked me through everything with wonderful communication! The day of my surgery was easy and quick. I was nervous going in because I moved here without my family but they made everything very simple. Dr. Crinzi called me every evening after my surgery for two or three nights and made sure I was doing okay and that I didn't have any questions (which I did because it's hard to remember all the information!) I healed amazingly fast and had swelling for only about 24 hours. Everyone at my school asked me what my doctor did because I was at school on Friday after getting surgery on Wednesday. I'd highly recommend Dr. Crinzi if you are anywhere near the Redmond area! read more

When we first met, he explained the detail and completely removed my concern about the surgery. In the process, he was gentle and I felt no pain. After the surgery, the nurse told me everything I need to do or not to do. In the evening, Dr. Crinzi called me to ask about my feelings that made me feel very warm. During the follow up visit, Dr. Crinzi and the nurse carefully checked the recovery status and taught me how to keep the wound clean. Now I am almost fully recovered and everything is good.
