I was fairly certain this wasn't really necessary since I never had these types of "issues" before with other trusted dentists (and hadn't ever even had cavities!). Just as the pandemic started, I tried switching to another dentist recommended nearby, but their equipment didn't seem adequately clean (splatters on the light above and the sunglasses they gave me--at the start of pandemic times no less, it was so gross!!!). So I super-researched dentists and was so happy to find Redmond Dental with stellar reviews and longstanding expertise. They took my insurance and also could help with my in-laws' dental needs which was such a relief too! As a patient of Dr. Tung, I really appreciate all the rigor she has placed on setting up a welcoming practice (including safety measures for COVID that have adjusted as needed and are as practical as possible for both patients and her staff). Dr. Tung is very personable, meticulous, and truly cares about making sure that you're satisfied with all aspects of your dental work, and I've experienced this with her staff as well. I've never felt unduly pressured during my regular cleanings for additional services, and when I think of how she's treated me, my husband, and my in-laws for all our dental needs, one word especially comes to mind: integrity. I read the two bad reviews about the billing so just to add my experience, they were accurate with my estimate and had me pay before the surgery to make sure I agreed to the price beforehand, so I don't know if this is something they just put into practice but I'm glad I had the opportunity to make sure I agreed with the price. I had 3 areas in my mouth get grafting, they made it as pleasant as anyone possibly could. I hate things being done in my mouth so they did a great job keeping my mind off of it. Both the doctor and helper were fun to listen to. So, the day of was a bit sore but on day two (yesterday) I didn't even take any pain meds! I'm shocked at the lack of pain! She cut the roof of my mouth open in two places! I thought that would be the worst but it's literally never given me a second of pain! I'm hungry and live in constant stress that I might mess up the grafting with my disobedient tongue, always trying to root around my mouth to check out what happened to it! But all in all so far it looks amazing! I'll post pictures in a few weeks once healed! But as of now, 5 star for an incredible job well done! I'm so happy I finally did it!

I have referred others to her with consistently very happy results. I am an RN. Bedside manner, ability to listen, and provide the LEAST amount of pain possible, are important issues. I know they are a priority with Debra. And she and all her staff are intelligent, professional, and palpably reassuring and nice CONSISTENTLY for almost forty years now. Especially difficult has been last minute changes to hygienists and no transparency that your hygienist has been changed. This lack of professionalism has caused me to leave the practice and find another dentist. I believe much of this change in policy has come from the parent company, Mosaic. Dentists establish trust with their patients. It is a part of the community in which we live. These incidents do not help to establish trust in the practice.
