Several appointments followed and this date, March 24, 2025, I received a call that they were discharging me from the hospital, stating that I upset one of their female employees. I have owned a legal office my entire life and am fully aware that such action is against all statutes and laws and will pursue legal action. They have refused to acknowledge my request under FOIA. Many people have complained about Bronson lately. I have lost three children and my husband in a period of four years, all in separate incidents and I have one son left who is horribly distressed by this action.

So, from the parking ramp, you must enter the hospital, turn to the right and enter the elevator, and go up to the 5th floor. A right turn, and then a left turn, and you are the center's doorstep.

Technician was friendly about getting 4 year old blood drawn. With 3 of us we got it done. She got to pick 2 toys from the treasure chest for being so good. They made sure that folks had filled out their cards and directed people to enter and where to sit: it was dramatically less chaotic than last week. They are also now advising that people return to their cars to fill out the online form and cards rather than congregate around the front door. All employees were wearing PPE properly (including gloves!), and they had a much better process: the testing kits were already at each station, and people swab themselves then put the swabs in the vials themselves and place the vials plus their cards in sealed bags. They looked like they were disinfecting stations between use. Results were emailed within 30 minutes as promised. They aren't regularly offering PCR tests due to supply issues, so this review is just for their Rapid test.

On my most recent visit, I tried my first arm, gave up, then tried my second arm, stuck me, didn't get any blood, and then had to draw the blood from my hand, which was painful. The practitioner was very patient and kind with me, and kept me busy chatting to try to distract me from the discomfort.
