Dr. Breslow came highly recommended to me by a friend. I had originally considered consulting with another surgeon as well, but after my consultation with him, I knew I didn't need to. I knew he was going to be my surgeon. One of the things I appreciated most about Dr. Breslow was that he really listened to what I wanted. I knew I wanted larger implants and told him I wanted to go as large as my frame would reasonably allow without looking ridiculous. I was a little worried I would end up with a surgeon who would try to talk me into going smaller or push their own idea of what would look best. Dr. Breslow didn't do that. He listened to me, understood exactly what I was trying to achieve, and somehow made it look even better than I had pictured. The size and placement are perfect for my body, the shape is beautiful, and the symmetry is incredible. He also never made me feel rushed. He took his time answering all of my questions and educating me about the procedure and what to expect. He is extremely knowledgeable, but explains everything in a way that makes you feel comfortable and confident in what you're doing. His staff is just as amazing. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, but I especially have to mention Oliwia. She was incredibly helpful throughout my recovery and was always there when I had a question or concern. There were several times I emailed her during recovery and she would respond within hours, if not sooner. I never felt like I was on my own trying to figure out whether something was normal. I was really nervous about the pain and recovery before surgery, and Dr. Breslow and his staff did a great job of easing those nerves and making the whole process feel manageable. Everything from my first consultation through surgery and my post-op appointments went so much more quickly and smoothly than I expected. I'm not even four months post-op yet, so I know my results will continue to settle and change over the next year, but they already look incredible. My scars are healing beautifully, and I am SO happy that I chose to have the GalaFLEX internal bra. With larger implants, I was concerned about them dropping too much over time, and so far the mesh has held everything in place beautifully. What I didn't expect was how much of a confidence boost this surgery would give me. I knew I wanted it and I knew I would be happy to finally have breasts, but I genuinely did not realize how much better I would feel about my body afterward. If one of my friends asked me who she should see for a breast augmentation, I would tell her not to waste her time consulting with anyone else. Dr. Breslow is truly a master at what he does. 1 STAR -- I WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD…read more One of the worst customer-service experiences I have had. I arrived ON TIME for my scheduled appointment at House of Ness Paramus. They checked me in, put me in a treatment room, and then apparently forgot I existed. I sat there for approximately 45 MINUTES with no treatment, no update, no apology, and not one person checking on me. I was there on my lunch hour. When I finally got up to leave and asked whether I should reschedule, I was told, essentially, "No, we just need another 10 minutes." After already wasting 45 minutes of my time. I subsequently learned that the client before me had been running late and had not even begun her treatment during my booked appointment time. Somehow, their late client became my inconvenience. Apparently showing up on time means absolutely nothing here. But unbelievably, the way they handled my complaint was even worse. After acknowledging the delay and offering me a $75 credit, their response then included an accusation that I had broken a door lock. I DID NOT BREAK THEIR LOCK. I had no knowledge whatsoever that there was supposedly anything wrong with it until they accused me in writing. I completely and unequivocally dispute that accusation. Imagine complaining because a business left you sitting alone for 45 minutes without communication, only to receive an "apology" followed by an accusation that you damaged their property. That told me everything I needed to know. Keep the $75. I will never step foot in House of Ness again. Poor scheduling is one thing. Leaving a paying client sitting forgotten in a room is another. But the way a business responds when a customer raises a legitimate complaint says far more about them than the original mistake ever could. I have the email correspondence and am perfectly comfortable sharing it so people can read it and decide for themselves whether this is the kind of business they want to trust with their time, money, and treatments. Absolutely unacceptable. I cannot recommend House of Ness Paramus under any circumstances. After this experience, "House of Mess" feels far more accurate.
