By far one of the worst cafes I've been to. I'm genuinely confused how this place has such high ratings compared to even other cafe spots. It's concerning. 100% do not recommend coming if you're looking for a cafe with good drinks. Reviews are heavily glazed. First time coming for a pop up and I waited 4 hours in the heat. I ordered the strawberry peach smoothie and I even asked for it to be less sweet/50% and it ended up tasting like diabetes in a cup. Way more sweeter than even my friends drink???? which they didn't even ask for any adjustments either. Clearly they don't honor what the customer wants and most if not all is just cheap syrup. Everyone was nice in terms of customer service except the owner. She has the audacity to tell everyone in the crowd "everyone having a good time? Anyone angry?! GOOD! Because today is a big day so everyone should be happy no angry!!" Try standing in the 90 degrees of heat for 4 hours first. The pure pressure to just say that to make everyone "have a good time" is crazy. Yeah it's a big day but doesn't mean you did a great job for your customers to be happy out in the sun like that. Poorly managed and could've provided shade and more water to people who were waiting in line in the heat. The drinks were a huge disappointment and honestly the menu itself was a red flag. Instead of trying to maximize everything to be cheap, try updating the look of the menu at least please because the menu itself looked really ragged up and dirty despite it being laminated. The AC was non existent, even my car blew cooler air which is crazy, for a place that has held many pop up events, they seems to just want to maximize everything instead of actually taking care of their customers. Props to the artists and helpers for trying their best to make the event fun, but in regards to the cafe specifically, I would not recommend. The pop ups are heavily carrying this cafe. I'd rather go to Quickly than to drink anything from here. Stop glazing this place with the 5 star reviews because it's obvious why, the pop up carried it. Not the food/drinks itself. I would rather not spend my money to a place that is cheap with their customers. read more

THE BEST POP-UP HOST! 4Seasons Tea Cafe offers the best customer service and vibes. I walked in for the Le Petit Cafe de Touhou cupsleeve event by B-sides! I was impressed with how the owners and staff were celebrating with us! Typically, you get people "fake humoring" otakus at other shops, not here. The staff are so much fun, the lady who was calling out orders gave me Asian auntie vibes. The drinks were very tasty, I've never tried a smoothie with cheese. It was very light and gently used to provide a unique flavor. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area! 4Seasons has a couple of crane games and raffles during cupsleeve events. THANK YOU 4SEASONS TEA CAFE FOR ALL THAT YOU DO FOR THE ANIME COMMUNITY!! The sheer amount of cup sleeve and collaboration events that 4Seasons has done is impressive and should be commended. You can see all of their upcoming events on the flyers on the counter and then they have the past event flyers on the wall too and it's just so heartwarming to see. The owner is super friendly and welcoming to the fandom community, thank you for your service. I visited for their Fate/Samurai Remnant cup sleeve event (Fate fans craving for any crumb of content) and I had a wonderful time! There are small crane game machines (someone one something!), tables to set up for games, or merch display, a corner perfect for photo opportunities, and the venue is super accommodating too since we had a monitor hooked up playing FGO MMVs (Jet if you ever read my reviews you're a real one). For the event, I got 2 items from their menu including a matcha hurricane which is a matcha slush type drink with cheese foam (got this without boba) and a pork bao. Very affordable and solid sweet and slightly salty treat drink and the pork bao was very warm and toasty and came with meat and boiled quail egg inside (delicious classic). Really friendly service and great drinks. Located in a plaza so there's plenty of parking. Small location but there's seating and a few board games and claw machines inside. I noticed they have a bunch of flyers for cup sleeve events which was cool. Tried the pina coconut smoothie and Taro hurricane smoothie (includes cheese foam). I randomly found this place because we were so thirsty after thrifting and we were so happy we discovered this cute cafe! We had such a fun time talking to V, the friendly & hilarious cashier/manager. She made sure our iced fruit teas weren't too sweet and I loved how they use real fruit for their fruit syrups. You can taste the quality of the ingredients! We got the peach iced tea, mango iced tea, and passion fruit lemonade and they were all soooo delicious and refreshing. I inhaled my drink! I loved how they have really cute vending machines and a bunch of board games. There's plenty of seating for you to drink the amazing drinks & play games with your loved ones. Great spot for event hosting and pop-ups! I came here for a Twisted Wonderland "Ruggie" cupsleeve event, and it was nice! The interior had a decent amount of space for hosting a small event, and they have a bunch of flyers for various of other events. I noticed most of the flyers are for anime, gaming and kpop cupsleeve event. The owner is very welcoming and appreciating of different types of people's hobbies. I was looking for a place to work on my lap top for a few hours, but I needed to stay in Anaheim to do errands after. I looked on yelp and went over here on a whim. Upon entering I was greeted right away. They have so many options and they also have their top drinks on display. After speaking to the workers about what I like, I decided to try the kiwi-go-go with boba. The description says it comes with basil seeds but I dont think I received any. No biggie. I also liked that they have some sweet and savory snacks. I decided to try freshly made cheesy taitakyi. I used a yelp check in and got 10% off so my order was around $10. While I waited I spent $2 on their claw machine games. They had cute plush toys and I won absolutely none. Lol oh well. I give the food and drink a 4 out of 5. The kiwi tea was good, and boba and ice level was okay. I dont mind a little more ice to make the drink more cold. The cheese taitakyi was good though. It was crispy and hot and cheese was flavorful. I bought only 1 but they do have a choice of 3 for $10. The manager Vy is very sociable with all her customers. I was there for almost 3 hours and it seems like majority of the customers are returning customers. She values customer service and wants to make sure all customers enjoy the food and drinks. Before I left I wanted to try something milky so I went for the thai green tea and it was on the house. The thai green tea is okay, can have more of a robust tea flavor and sweeter would be better. My daughter has been here before and wanted to go again. I wasn't planning to get anything and the guy was offering me all different types of tea. I said that I don't drink tea but I do like mango coconut which wasn't on the menu. He said for the Pina Coco that he can make it Mango Coco. I've been here a few times already, alone and with different friends. So here is my review. 1. The drinks are decent and enjoyable, I love the Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie. The Taiyaki's are also decent both sweet and savory types. They were filling which I do not mind as I needed something small and filling. 2. The place is very spacious and seemed like a good spot for hang outs. One issue is that the place was very hot everytime I come by and visit, even the employees were fanning themselves. My friend decided to wait in the car while I waited to receive our orders. 3. I've had some issues with an employee there. First time, she gave me a fake nice attitude and didn't even bother to say welcome or hello. The second time, same thing, not a hello or a welcome. I looked at a menu for a minute, another customer came in behind me and she welcomed her. A few minutes later, I placed my order, I had no idea why she waited, but then she asked for the other customer's order and then assumed we were together. How very bold of her. I could also tell she was very fake and judgemental. Overall I give this place a 3 stars. I recommend the smoothie and taiyaki, ordering Togo, and the treatment from certain employees. read more

The workers and the overall atmosphere seems friendly but it felt so warm inside while we waited for our order. I was a little disappointed in the thai tea, I've just had better in my opinion and the boba pearls were broken down and mushy. We stopped by here after checking out the new Goodwill that replaced Staples, and so glad we did! The cafe is really cute- they have claw machine games, a big connect 4, and other board games you can play! I ordered the strawberry matcha with soy milk and I loved it! I love that they use puree'd strawberries. Matcha is my go-to drink and have been disappointed many times at different cafes recently, so I'm so happy to have found this cafe! 4Seasons is located in an out-of-the-way strip mall near the Home Depot center. They have plenty of free and available parking in their lot. It is not busy! I attribute this to the location and not the service or the products. In fact, just because of this, I highly recommend that you come and visit 4Seasons Tea Cafe. HOKKAIDO MILK TEA is really good. Extra charges for the honey boba and the Egg Pudding. TARO HURRICANE seems good.
