I would still recommend! It's located in an interesting small plaza within orange county. There's plenty of seating indoors with a couple claw machines. A nice place overall to hang out and have some boba. Personally did not like the tayaki.. it was super tough to eat.. I think it was overcooked. read more

Was craving boba and a snack so decided to stop in to Happy Tea. Cute place with lots of grammable spots - neon signs, plants (though kind of dying), and games. Got the taro tea with boba. Solid, but a bit on the sweet side and probably should've asked for less sweet. I also got the 3/$10 taiyakis. I didn't realize these were croissant taiyakis, so they were a bit greasy, but still a great snack nonetheless. read more

You will be super tempted to order taiyaki upon entering because of how good it smells. I seriously considered even though I was so full from dinner lol Cute little place. Really appreciate that they offer oat milk. We got a passionfruit tea and jasmine green oat milk tea. We both enjoyed our drinks. It was nice that the passionfruit tea had a few bits of real passionfruit. Would've really loved if there were more real passionfruit though. The jasmine green tea here has a really nice strong flavor with a bit of bitterness but not to the point where it ruins the drink. If you're a jasmine MT lover - I'd definitely recommend it here. The boba itself felt like it had been cooked too long as it was overly soft but at least with boba - it gets firmer with cool temps so as we drank it...it got slightly firmer which was nice. It was also a nice level of sweetness, not overly sweet, nice sized boba and also a good boba to tea ratio. Also, I didn't like the crushed ice. Because as I got near the end of the drink, I was getting a bunch of ice chunks through the straw and I personally don't like chewing ice. Other than that I really enjoyed the drink. Hence, we were the only customers there. We order to go, but they have plenty of space for seating and hanging out. They do locate accross a middle school, so maybe they get more customers on weekday. I like how they decorate the place with real indoor plants. In terms of drink, they have varieties to choose from. We opt for jasmine milk tea and lava brown sugar. The tea does taste more like tea than the normal powder tea like other places. The boba is sweet and chewy. The drink deserves 3.5 stars. First impression, damn it's hot in here. I like the decoration they have with games and claw machines, but geezus there's no AC in here. Ordered the Mangonada, and 3 Taiyaki's (Nutella Banana, Jalapeno Cheese and Ham and Cheese). The Mangonada was quite refreshing and I can definetly taste the Tajin. I only wish they added actual Mango pieces. I noticed there was a lot of syrup bottles in the Kitchen.. so I only wish they added actual fruits to their drinks, well atleast this one. I gotta try the others. Out of all 3 Taiyaki's, I really enjoyed the Nutella Banana. Great flavor and it was nicely made fresh. The jalapeno Cheese was a fail as it was all cheese with barely any Jalapeno. Was it spicy? No.. I don't think so. The Ham and Cheese was subpar. Both Taiyaki's with cheese was overkill. I guess if you enjoy cheese, you'd really enjoy these fish like croissants, but it was overwhelming with all the cheese. I couldn't finish both of these, but only the Nutella. There's some cool claw machines to play while you wait and board games, but as mentioned earlier it's too hot to hang out inside as there's no AC. I came by after lunch today to grab a drink and I'm glad because it was quite good! The service here is great and they have a ton of options when it comes to drinks and they even have taiyaki freshly made here! I got the blueberry matcha latte with no adjustments and it was delicious! There was a good balance between the matcha and blueberry flavors and it wasn't too milky or creamy. You can ask for sugar level adjustments here which is a plus. They have plenty of other options to choose from including fruit teas, milk teas, and even coffee drinks. There is a drink here to satisfy anyone's cravings! The inside was cute as well with plenty of different board games, plants, and they had plushies and apparel for sale too! Sure, there are lots of boba shops in the area but this strip mall has been needing one for the longest time. As soon as I entered, I was greeted and offered to ask if I had any questions with the menu. Here's what I ordered: **Hokkaido Milk Tea w/ Boba: I expected this drink to be much more creamier but it wasn't. You can barely taste the actual tea flavor so it was a bit disappointing. The boba was cooked perfectly and had the right amount of sweetness to it. (3/5) **Dragonfruit Passion Lemonade: I was honestly expecting more of a tarty sweet flavor but it was mainly sweet with a very light lemonade flavor. Not exactly what I expected but at the same time, it wasn't too bad. It was very refreshing though. I would definitely try their lemonade series again but with less sugar. (3.5/5) Overall, the drinks were very average and nothing to write home to, however, the service was spectacular! Just missed the grand opening of Happy Teas, but dropped by here while picking up some Hawaiian food next door. I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised, as the last joint was a bit blah. There seems to be more variety of drinks, from milk teas to smoothies to coffee plus the addition if Taiyaki gives it more upmh. The owner happened to be there the day my daughter and I dropped in. She was super nice, gave good suggestions, and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our drink otherwise she would remake them. This is definitely a a family friendly and stroller friendly place, so bring the kids along! Parking isn't the greatest though because it shares with other businesses in the strip mall, but overall a good place to grab a quick drink and snack. First, they had some cosplayer event going on, so there weren't any seats available for customers to sit because they were all taken to watch an anime ? The setup looked like they wanted to have a lot of variety, which seemed like a lot. Big menu, so I picked the safest thing to drink while my daughter ordered a Thai tea. Took it to go and left since it seemed like a mess there. My drink was good as it should be a standard across the board. You really can't mess up a creme Brule boba. My daughters was a total miss. The Thai tea tasted like toothpaste. A total waste of money. Giving this 1 star for not even having a standard Thai tea considering the big menu. I love finding new tea shops when traveling. Happy tea has sooo many choices, I tried a guava green tea with Lychee jelly. This is a great tea for me, not too sweet and refreshing. I also tried the custard Taiyaki, made fresh, crispy on the side and creamy custard on the inside. You can relax here and relax with a tea and play games with friends. I was happy when I first decided to try this place. I found out they had a lychee green tea option (or can modify their menu option to please my craving), unlike other options in the area. It's my favorite to have with boba and it did not disappoint. My first visit was great! Fast forward to today, I was craving something sweet and refreshing, but not too sweet, with caffeine so I decided to come back to 4Seasons. I was greeted by the staff walking in (owners I believe) and they were really nice and helpful with modifying my drink to a drink with less sugar. It was just the right amount of sweet with lychee jelly and perfectly soft boba. My drink was Super refreshing and satisfied my craving. The only downside is that I wish that the drink was larger LOL There are a few tables to sit and enjoy your drinks and snacks. Yes they offer some pastry/light snacks but I haven't had them yet. There are also games free to use. There are also a several claw machines too! I played during my first visit but failed to get the pikachu for my wife lol. I'll try again next time. I just went there for the first time after visiting Home Depot next mall. I'm lactose intolerant so I can't drink milk but it was so nice that they had soy, oat and almond milk substitute !! We got three different taiyakis (nutella/banana, mochi/red bean, and custard) and a mango passion slush w/ boba. All items tasted so good Service was great. We asked for 50% sugar and the owner was nice enough to even taste test it before she made the whole drink. The oatmilk Vietnamese coffee is strong but not at all bitter, and quite delicious.
