I came here on a Tuesday around 8PM. I was looking for a spot to do work, so a place with WiFi, outlets, and is open late. This hit all the marks, and the food and drinks were delicious too. I ordered a matcha (can't remember exactly which one but with cream foam), a banh mi with lemongrass chicken, and the flan. I didn't expect much for a spot open this late, but the sandwich was pretty delicious and super saucy!! I love a saucy banh mi. The matcha was super good. The cashier said they made a mistake with my drink and made me a new one for free. I also enjoyed the flan. Amazing service here! This place is a little store in a plaza across from a high school so lots of students come in. We were there yesterday and they have BOGO for national boba day. Not sure if it was because of that but the place is filled with people. Since they have a promo that day, I wish they have more worker since the service was really slow. It takes forever to get our drink after we order. However the drink deserve 4 stars. The boba was perfectly cook. The sweetness for Jasmine milk tea was good and they give you little ice so more drink. Matcha milk tea taste like matcha latte, but I didn't mind that. I have had a fast service here with some minor set back with my order however it was corrected the moment I saw it. I loved the food it was fulfilling and I can tell the popcorn chicken is made with love because the bite size and crisp with leaves on top was as delicious as the crunch and the aroma of it gave. It's always great to find a boba spot that's open late at night especially since I was craving popcorn chicken! The staff were friendly and patient in waiting for us to decide on our orders. The popcorn chicken was a bit disappointing since it was a bit dry. The drinks we ordered, I felt we expected what the flavors were gonna be so it was good. Ordered two taro drinks and spam musubi, taro was really good ordered one at 50% and the other 100% sugar, not overly sweet which was a good balance on the 100% and 50% you still get the milk taste without the sugar afterwards! Musubi was served hot and really tasty!! read more

Stopped by this boba spot on a Wednesday night around 8 PM. It's in a plaza that felt a little sketchy from the outside since it wasn't well lit, but once you step inside, it's bright, welcoming, and has a clean vibe. You can order at the front kiosk or directly from someone working there. I used the kiosk, but one thing to note is that there were no drink descriptions listed, so I had to order kind of blindly based on the name and photo. I went with the Princess Peach, large, with jasmine tea at 100% sweetness, regular ice, honey boba, and lychee jelly. From the photo, I expected something like a strawberry peach drink, but what I got had strawberry and (what I think was) mango chunks, plus basil seeds. Flavor-wise, the jasmine tea had a strong green tea presence, and I couldn't really taste any peach at all. That said, the honey boba was excellent -- perfectly cooked and sweetened just right. Between the boba, lychee jelly, and full-sweet tea, the drink was definitely very sweet, which I personally liked, but it might be too much for anyone who prefers more subtle or balanced flavors. I'd recommend adjusting the sweetness if you're not big on sugary drinks. Even with 4-6 people inside and a couple picking up mobile orders, my drink came out in just 2-3 minutes. I could only see two people working, so major kudos to the staff for keeping everything moving efficiently. Overall, it was a solid drink. I probably wouldn't get the Princess Peach again just because I was hoping for more actual peach flavor, but with so many fruit tea options on the menu, I'd definitely come back to try other drinks. The quality was great; rich, smooth, and super close in flavor to Chatramue, which says a lot if you're familiar with that brand. Staff was friendly and took my order quickly, and my drink was ready in under a minute. Really efficient service. This place is absolutely amazing, the food is hot and fresh. The drinks are delicious and easily customizable for your needs from non dairy to sweetness level. You know it's real Vietnamese food when they give you pickled mustard greens, carrots and daikon on the side. We loved every single item and had no complaints! Staff were also very friendly. The lychee strawberry slushie was my favorite drink as the lychee flavor still came through and was refreshing. The fried rice was the highlight for me as it has been difficult finding one that reminds me of my grandmothers and theirs is pretty dang close, no sauces or anything needed to it. It's always nice to find late night tea spots. Was craving a nice milk tea late at night and saw this place was open till midnight. It's located in a very sketchy strip mall though. It's not in the best part of Anaheim but the place itself was clean inside and they have a nice menu with a variety of drinks. I got their Black Milk Tea with boba and their Passion Tea. The drinks were good, the passion tea was a little too sweet but you can adjust the sweetness so adjust accordingly. I'm always more of a milk tea person specially black milk tea so I preferred that over the passion tea drink. There's a little seating area inside as well and it's air conditioned nicely. read more

Not a good experience. I had a Monday off from work and was looking for a place to enjoy a drink and work on the laptop. Got my taxes done near this area so I decided to stop by. Decided on green thai milk tea with boba and a salted fish fried rice. It was around $23. The rice was really the issue here. I'm pescetarian for over 8 years so I was really annoyed to find out they add chicken to this rice after eating it. I dont think there was even salted fish but I could not understand how a vietnamese restaurant adds chicken to salted fish fried rice. That's unheard of. I talked to the owner and suggested she put that ingredient on the menu for that dish and she argued with me saying she can't list all ingredients for everything. She also told me I should have told the cashier I dont eat meat. Well shoot, why would I assume a salted fish fried rice has chicken in it? Nobody makes that traditional dish that way. I warned her doing business this way can get people sick and that can end in a lawsuit. It's misleading. I asked for my $15 back and she gave it to me but didn't comp me on anything else or make a new one. I question if they ran out of fish and gave me chicken instead. Either way, not good. I mustered up the bad experience and stayed to get work done. I left without a thank you and I was hungry. I won't be back and I hope this establishment does better. read more

this is probably the laziest, low-effort boba shop i've ever been too. ordered the coco matcha with no ice. the drink came out with full ice and when i reminded them. they basically just took off the sealant, scooped the ice out and re-sealed it(***). the worse thing is the sealant was not even properly sealed. from the supposedly very beautiful presentable 3 layers colored drink turned out to be poorly looking and badly sealed (got leaked in my car and my hand). doesn't mean to coming off as a whiny, difficult customer. originally, i only intended to just put it out there and be done with it. but when I was told I shouldn't expect much because it was a BOGO deal, that didn't really sit right with me. If you put yourself in the customer's shoes, would you be happy to receive that service and response? a promotion should be an invitation to try a brand, not an excuse for the brand to lower its standards. Came after Disneyland for a late night dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food! I only wanted boba, but the food menu looked tempting and I'm glad we took the chance. We started with the popcorn chicken which was spiced nicely and had a great crunch. It also came with a dipping sauce which I appreciated since many places don't provide that anymore. The place is in a dark, shady area, and the nearby stores all have metal gates. The parking lot is very dim. When I arrived, I almost thought I had walked into a CBD shop--the smell of marijuana filled the entire space. I was about to leave, but decided to try a lavender milk tea. Unfortunately, the tea was weak, the 25% sugar tasted far too sweet--like 85% at a typical Taiwanese tea shop--and the lavender flavor was just some syrup. I loved: Crispy Pork I really liked: Shaken Beef Signature Milk Tea This was ok: Honey Lemon Tea Quick and cheap #goodeats in Anaheim!The food was around $15 and the drinks were $6 each. Crispy Pork has a good crunch and is great value for how much you get. Shaken Beef is solid as well but it feels like you get less food overall compared to the pork. The signature milk tea a little more full bodied and has slightly more chocolate/caramel flavor than average, which I like. The Honey lemon tea has an odd aftertaste and I didn't get any notes of honey. The boba itself is ok; it's inconsistent between chewy and hard but I think that's because they're new and don't have a ton of customers yet. Funnily enough the place was empty but as soon as the high school across the street let out, the place was packed. I would come back here outside of the 3pm after school rush. Customer service could be better. I didn't get any strong recommendations for items when I asked, and when I ordered a large drink, I got a regular size until I pointed it out. They were very quick to fix it though. The interior has nice modern decor, and is pretty comfortable to sit in. I do wish their trashcan was a bit bigger though, with the trays they give us, it's easy to spill the trash outside of the trashcan. I had to be really careful not to spill and I know most people will not be as mindful. Overall, pretty worth the quick trip down the street. read more

TLDR: I would recommend. It has something for everyone. So glad I found a boba place in the area that I like! I'm from the 626 so I'm used to having a lot of places really good places to choose from. This place has a pretty wide menu so there are options for everyone. My boyfriend and I are on pretty different ends of the spectrum when it comes to drunk choices and there is something for both of us here. He loves the ice milk drink + boba with caramel, coffee, and coffee jelly- and I always opt for the honey green milk tea with boba and egg pudding. Both drinks are delicious and we crave them often. Mangonada was great, perfect sweet to sour ratio. I asked for 75% sweet but maybe I'll try 50% next time just to see what the difference is. Service is friendly. They also have an order kiosk option. I like to ask for recommendations and ask other questions so I typically avoid the kiosk when I am new to a place. I also ordered the lemon grass chicken sandwich which definitely scratched the itch. The sandwich overall is a solid choice. It has a good amount of flavorful chicken dressed up by fresh crunchy veggies, fresh cucumber, jalapeño, cilantro, pickled carrots and daikon. All artfully placed in delicious bread that is delightfully crunchy yet soft. The mangonada and the lemongrass chicken sandwich was a great summer combo. It's a win for my tummy! read more
