EVERY single time I go in to Flynn O'Hara on Northwest Military Dr, San Antonio, I am immediately greeted by someone smiling and ready to help in any and every way. I went in the other day with my daughter trying on and buying uniforms for her son. I was also going to buy. We were confusing each other re: sizes this year, next year, who needs what....that I knew we were creating chaos. Natalia and Marisol were so on top of things, keeping things straight despite us, patient, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were amazing. Debra, the manager, is so efficient and helpful and has a knack of remembering all her customers and making them welcome. The uniform pieces, themselves, are great quality and withstand a lot of wear and use. We always have success there. And we are blown away by all the people who work there. hi there - last min mom here. I was late in realizing that my kiddos grew 635262 ft. over the summer and no longer fit in their school uniforms. So one week into the school year and here I am at Flynn O'hara. Pamela, one of their long standing employees greeted me immediately and ensured I had an awesome experience!! she was even able to research what sizes I bought in the past because in true last min mom fashion I didn't even know what sizes my kids needed! Pamela has helped me year after year. She really takes the chore out of school uniform shopping. her bubbly attitude and outlook on life is refreshing and authentic, she's just a Jem. A great shopping spree we had this morning! Would arrive earlier than usual so you beat the noon rush. Cheryl was kind, patient, and extremely helpful as I bought clothes for a new school! Her expertise was amazing and she did everything to make me happy. She is very experienced! O'Hara is your dream destination for uniforms and the store is wonderfully organized. My receipt actually wasn't as bad as I thought for 16 ITEMS! Sadly they did not have the pants or my HS sash class of 2028 I was looking for but I will be back to get them later. I had ordered some new red polo shirts for my daughter a couple of months ago, not knowing the style had changed this year and they ran much bigger. Debra was a huge help in getting the order figured out and was also able to find a smaller size and get the logo on it while I was at the store. I've worked with her several times and she's always very helpful and nice. Whenever I come in and see she's working I know everything will work out! I went here last week and was a bit uneasy about how I was going to find the correct clothes and sizes for my son. To my amazement, Ally, a store employee walked me through the whole process. She helped me by choosing the correct uniform, bringing me all the right sizes and giving me different several uniform options. I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes. Gisselle was so helpful and kind. We did not feel rushed and she assured us about every step of the process. For such a small store they had so much to choose from and though we didn't find everything she helped us to understand the delivery process. Uniforms are expensive, this is our first time shopping for them, so that was rough, however Marco was awesome in helping us navigate the process.
