After contacting the company a multitude of times for not a title as promised in 30 business days. I was treated poorly and disregard. I contacted the Mva and the agent I spoke with contacted this company and the title was never even processed or sent out after I was told numerous times via telephone and in person that it had been. It has now been close to 4 months and I have yet to receive a title. I have never been treated so poorly by staff and felt that a review is necessary to make other aware.
