He said he had it in stock, I asked if I need an appointment, he said come on in and we'll get right to work ‍ I have never been to Auto shop that takes as much pride and effort into their profession! When I pulled in, their packing lot is clean, no clutter. Easy to find parking. Before I even walked in I was greeted. As I walked in, there was another gentlemen at the counter, I explained I called in about my tire (less than 8 minutes) and Like a Kane and Undertaker Tag Team match, The mechanic walked in and told me to drive right on up when the next car comes out. Which turned out to be Mr. Brent the same gentleman who talked to me on the phone! Who was also the gentleman who greeted me outside as I walked in! I'm a sucker for customer service and that right there tells me that someone is paying attention. A lady from the back even came up to ask if I was already helped. THEY ARE ON POINT do you hear me! My silly self was so caught up in giving a beginning review that I missed my turn (don't miss your turn people!!!) That's how fast and efficient they are getting things work done!!! I thank Mr. Brent for noticing and giving me a quick response with addressing that I missed it. But not even 5ish I can say minutes I was in the tire lane and they were giving my baby new feet and a rotation. Side notes: In the midst of waiting, I asked to use the bathroom. Which is public. And I must say it is the cleanest I've ever seen. Sadly I couldn't take any pictures because I was next and I had my car keys ‍ don't mind me just asking Mr. Brent educated me on how the walls of tires are made and where certain spots can BUT are not recommended to be plugged due to it only being a temp fix. Which he recommended it be fixed entirely..we both had the same idea They kept me informed and THROUGHLY inspected the condition of my car. If they aren't coming to you even about the little things then they aren't treating it like their own! They checked my tires before looking and found a second slow leak that they showed me and fixed immediately. Every service here is worth the price!! And they aren't even expensive! 2 brand premium new tires under $350 IN STOCK, NOT ONLINE, NOT SHIPPED, tires hot and ready! Now where in the world will you find that?

The service advisor, Herbert, did not pressure me on my service choices or try to sell products I didn't need. They did give quotes on recommendations , but again, no pressure. The waiting area was clean and quiet, and they had me out in a reasonable amount of time. The oil change cost me less than I could have paid had I done the work myself. I'll definitely be coming back in the future.

Had a flat tire on Sunday and every repair shop was close except for Easton Tire. They called me with updates about finding the tire and when the tech would come to get the flat one.
