I briefed Cameron on my concerns and after some basic question and a foot pressure analysis by the machine he brought out a parade of sneakers! He patiently waited for me to try on and test 16 pairs of shoes maybe more... asked questions about feel and fit for each pair - swapping insoles bring more shoes as we narrowed down what would work best for me. The shoes I got were expensive but it didn't feel that way - as this was better service than Nordstrom or Disney!

I was so fortunate to get Armando as my sales technician he was so patient and very clear for me to understand. He also was kind and very experienced with all the products in the store. He explained in detail how my feet were and what I needed. He set me on the foot machine and noticed I had some pressure problems. I bought insoles and a ball to massage my feet. I can't wait to go back and get a pair of Hokas I truly hope I get Armando again. He even let me know I can call in anytime for advice and questions. Phenomenal experience!

I searched for shoes on Yelp and came across this place that's so close to home. We gave it a try since it was so close, mine you it was close to 8 pm. We went in and it was 2 workers, the younger person came and helped us with so much effort! It's like her very mission was to find the right shoes for my kids with a huge concern of making sure they got comfortably for them which I truly appreciated. It was no bother at all to get different sizes and brands and that made me feel at ease. We bought 3 pairs of shoes with ease within 20 minutes, no stress or haggling and much needed help! Unfortunately, my size (13) was not available in the store. Prices here are very reasonable, and customers can expect to find a mix of name-brand and off-brand shoes. I was truly satisfied with my shopping experience. Sylvia went out of her way to locate exactly what I wanted and placed an order for me. Even though they have your purchase information connected to your number and they know that you did purchase it through your phone number they can pull up about your last purchase, but they still won't return or exchange anything so I honestly would suggest not buying anything here at the store I mean any store anywhere take anything back or give restore credit which I didn't mind but they will not do anything without the original receipt because they don't know where you purchased it or where it came from obviously it's in their system. I can show them proof of my purchase via bank information, but they won't take it.
