    I must have been lucky because when I arrived at the check out line, the line was empty. I was next in line. I found what I didn't need of course: I went for an extra Kate Spade iPhone12 case but got it for a spare in case I break the original. Let's hope not. Cashier was super friendly: informed me of return policies with patience. Thanks for a great time at Marshall's, Glendora, CA. I'll be back when I need something else in the future.

    I always come here for the best polo shirts and funny printed T-shirts for a very reasonable price and other good finds. I usually go straight to the right side on the wall for the shirts that are displayed. You can't go wrong here because those are the best ones in the store. My daughter, very fashionable, and wife found stylish or in vogue dresses here for good prices. I also found a lot of useful things for my dogs, from leashes, toys, and shampoos to poop bags. They also have a whole selection of Halloween decor where I ended up spending a whole lot of money, lol! And if you're looking for kitchen stuff, bedroom linen, furniture, and wall art frames, they're all here. I wouldn't bother with the low quality shoes, though. And if you've been here too long, they have clean restrooms. Next door they have Sprouts if you get hungry or a thirsty store on the other side. Wells Fargo a few steps away if you need more cash. And a few more feet, there's American Tires, lol! Yes I would come back again and again to save a lot of money.

    I love HomeGoods & Marshalls ... there is always something for someone. This store has a lot of traffic, but everyone here from employees to customers are so polite compared to other Marshalls. Today Steve and Christian gave me the most amazing help.

    Very unprofessional!!!! I came here early to shop just to find employees already in the store shopping before they allow customers in! When I confronted the employee I was told she was 'on break' but still allowed to be in store before it is even open! I'm very disappointed with the management at this store always allowing this kind of behavior while we the customers are literally standing outside in the rain for the store to open so we can find our items all while they favor there own employees! I want to be clear-- I love this Walmart. The store itself is always well-stocked, and the staff throughout the rest of the location are consistently helpful and friendly. That's exactly why this stood out so much. I waited about two and a half hours for my oil change. The wait itself wasn't the issue, I understand these things take time. What I cannot excuse is the complete lack of communication from the Auto Service Center staff. No updates, no acknowledgment, nothing. A little transparency goes a long way. I eventually asked to speak with the manager Jeff . He was an absolute gentleman respectful, professional, and went above and beyond by personally working on my truck himself. That told me everything. The standard is there; the problem is the staff not meeting it. The workers in that Auto Service Center need to shape up. The manager showed exactly how it should be done. If he can lead by example like that, there's no excuse for the rest of the team to fall so short. Do better -- your customers deserve it.

I walked in the store and tried to do a non-receipt return. (Non-receipt return is accepted by Burlington as the company outlines it in its return policies) however the store supervisor, Erika Ramirez, said otherwise. She kept asking for the receipt to scan so she can refund me the correct amount. She said she cannot do a non-receipt return. I pointed out the policy on the check out table and asked if she read that. She said she does know that but she still refused to accept the return. On top of that, she called the security in front to escort me out. This all happened on 11/4/2025 around 7:30 pm . I walked out disappointed and upset. I ended up returned the merchandise in the San Dimas location without any issue. If this supervisor, Erika Ramirez, does not upholds the Burlington policies that she works for, she should be terminated due incompetent work performance as she can't understand simple English outline in the company's policy therefore unfit for the job. She also mentions that her manager wouldn't accept the return as well if I go in the next morning. Her manager should also be fired. She not only not uphold Burlington's policy but also humiliated me as a customer who has the right which is given by Burlington to return the merchandise without a receipt. I will also make a formal complaint to Burlington's corporate office.

This company has changed from Burlington Coat Factory to, simply, Burlington Store. They have a large inventory of clothing and shoes for all ages. The shelves were fully stocked and already decorated for Christmas. I naturally gravitated to the cosmetic section and found good deals. It was easy to find brand-name products, I made my selection and purchase. I will be returning when I have more time to browse.

I usually love the treasure hunt aspect of TJ Maxx, but this location makes it harder to enjoy that part of the experience.
