Very poor experience. Saw shoes with a sign 50% off. Enquired to the manager if this was correct and she said "The 50% was for other shoes" I said the sign was clearly pointing to the shoes I wanted and this was false advertising. She turned around and rudely told me "READ THE FINE PRINT" The fine print was so small I had to pick the sign up to read this fine print. As she walked away she mentioned again, read the fine print. Very rude and arrogant coming from management. Lesson learned won't be going to this store again. I'm giving my gift card away :( read more

Found a shoe for my wife. I'm hoping they'll see lots of miles as she walks 90+ minutes every day. My disappointment was that no one was there to help us. If you are a fan of the Skechers brand and want to find a wide variety of styles and branded accessories, this has to be the store for you. There are loads of styles, and the store even has them categorized to assist customers in finding a shoe specific to your needs (i.e. walking, running, work-related). There's even a section devoted to wide-widths. A number of service representatives roam the aisles to assist with questions and to check for sizing of stock not readily accessible on the sales floor (or replace pulled stock so that customers aren't tripping over trash left by those too lazy to return pulled boxes that haven't been replaced). I was asked several times if I was in need of any assistance; and all the employees were approachable and courteous. My only negative critique (and it's a small one) would have to do with the fact that some shoe models on the floor are only in wide- or extra-wide widths without standard-width counterparts alongside (but still in areas of regular-width stock and not in the separate section that had been devoted to "wides"). Personally, it's a little frustrating when you have found a shoe style you really like and know the fit would be perfect in a regular - but there are none. What a tease! :D (This is more of a concern with slip-ons.) Since it's opening, the warehouse has offered a buy one, get one at half price deal. This is a fantastic opportunity to save if you need more than one pair - but it's also a great reason to bring a friend if you're only interested in a single pair. Also, the location accepts coupons from businesses that have partnered with Skechers for work shoe discounts. Both of my sons received 30% savings on their work shoes - one with a coupon (Red Robin) and the other with Stater Brothers (no coupon but looked up for verification at the register at checkout and discounted accordingly). Skechers is a well-made shoe brand, their San Dimas outlet is clean and inviting, and saving money is always a welcome reason to visit when in need of footwear. Don't stand there in bare feet; go out and get some shoes! read more

Very friendly and attentive staff! I am always greeted when I enter the store. I have found most of my footwear at this location. For the shoes that I wear, I have found them to be less expensive at this store than at the normal department stores. The shelves are always neat and organized. Kudos to the woman who helped me yesterday on an exchange item. Horrible service. Actually, NO SERVICE. I walked in and saw an employee standing by the counter. She looked at me, then walked away. While trying to find a certain style of shoe that keeps coming up on my computer. Frustrated I finally started looking for different styles. During which time I moved out of her way a couple times as she walked by, each time making eye contact, then looking away. Never said a word. Finally I gave up, reasoning that I was not going to spend $100+ at a place that clearly did not want me there. So I left, she watched me leave from the counter, and I went to the Skechers in San Dimas, where I was warmly greeted and treated like a valued customer. read more

First of all, the employees here are amazing!! I wish I knew their names but from the moment we walked in, they asked us if we needed any help, greeted us and talked about their specials. The one young man I was working with was Incredibly attentive. I think he should get a raise. He didn't mind going back to find whatever shoes I wanted to try on and was in general very pleasant, accommodating and very helpful! A new store, as of 7-19-22 they have only been open a little over a month. Fairly large with a large stock. Quite clean and well organized. A very friendly staff. Lots of free parking in the shopping center. It is just west of the 210 freeway on the south side of Arrow Hwy. read more

Very nice, clean, and organized store with many helpful staff. The variety in the store is great and they can also make online orders for you if you have a specific model in mind that is not available in the store. I like the new Arch Fit design for men. Please make sure all staff members are trained to efficiently handle exchanges, especially during the season. Staff should also be aware of the return and exchange policy because some of them are making up their own rules that do not agree with the Sketchers.com policy. I am talking about unworn shoes within 45 days. Most of the staff member are well trained and courteous. read more

I have used the same Work Skechers for quite a few years but it appears they have discontinued that model. I went to the outlet in San Dimas and Dolores not only remembered the exact shoe but went on a tireless hunt and found two pair in New Mexico and arranged home shipment at no extra cost. Great new store...close to home and tons of stock, but the best part of our experience there has been Jackie.
