We had just bought our house, fixer upper, and it was in need of a kitchen asap. We got three quotes, Adam's came in around the middle, but a big plus was that he was able to provide more custom options with our ideas in mind. His crew finished our kitchen in one week!!! They (especially Jesus) were also very patient with us as we changed our backsplash design up until the last minute. We love our kitchen and receive compliments over and over again. We got new cabinets, granite countertops, travertine backsplash, recessed lighting, and raised a portion of our ceiling, which involved rerunning air ducts and they installed our new appliances. Adam remodeled our bathrooms in April 2014, and there were some issues that ultimately were repaired. However, the grout in between the tile in our bathroom has been difficult to fix as of late. Unfortunately, over the last month, Adam has been difficult to get a hold of, and so this review is being written in regards to that. Adam came to our house to repair the grout in between the tiles in our bathroom back in January 2017, and said that it ultimately needed to be fixed completely by relaying the tiles down. Over the last 6 months, it's gotten progressively worse again, and started chipping and coming apart. He was able to patch it before, so I wanted to give him a call again to repair it. Needless to say, he's been very challenging to get a hold of, with seemingly no respect in writing a text, calling, or sending more than one simple follow up email. Attempts to contact as follows- Called Monday 6/7, left a message, no response. Called 10 days later, Saturday 6/17, left a message, no response. Texted Monday 6/19, asking him to come out. Received response, the next day, Tuesday 6/20...response was "ok." Took me 2 weeks to get a response. Asked him what time worked for him. Saturday 6/24, received response saying Monday 6/26 would work Monday 6/26, never showed up, emailed us saying he left other cell phone at office. Also called, no response. Tuesday 6/27, emailed him, no response Thursday 6/29, another attempt at email, no response. Current date of review- Wednesday, July 5, no response after a week. This seems to be a recurring theme. Unfortunately, at least one of my neighbors seems to agree. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, who is exhausted from trying to get this simple work done. I should also note that what got Adam's attention in coming back over in January 2017 was a negative review. He was very apologetic, and ultimately the negative review was retracted. However, this is not happening again. It is unfortunate that a negative review from a past customer (us) gave him the impetus to respond. I know you're a busy man, but if you care about your reputation and your business, it would be in YOUR best interest in calling back. You've done great work for others, and in our bathrooms. All I ask is that you have courtesy and respond, and come over to look at it. I'm a patient man, but my 70 year old mother isn't as much. She is tired from this, and it has exhausted her. I would have given you 3 or 4 stars in regards to the overall work a few years ago, but since you haven't followed up, I'm giving you a 2 (my mother would have given you a 1). We had a complete make over of our garage with high grade epoxy flooring, custom cabinets, recess lighting and ceiling racks. Prior owners have left several exposed electrical wires which was a child safety hazard. Adam and his crew redid all of the electrical in the wall and concealed water heater and furnace into the cabinet layout. Despite our several changes to the initial plan, Adam patiently redid the design and never complained. He was very prompt, courteous, professional, attentive to detail. We actually end up spending more time in the garage now than before. We would highly recommend Adam to anyone looking to upgrade their garage. We used Adam and his team to do a complete remodel of our new home that we purchased last fall, this remodel included completely redoing the kitchen, three bathrooms, all flooring, and mounting TVs, and many more. Before selecting Adam as our contractor, we met with two other contractors. Adam was the only one who said he could complete all of our requests and he also provided us the most detailed budget of the work. Before Adam started working on our home, he spent several hours with my husband and I to plan out every inch of our remodel, we really appreciated the time he dedicated to us and his attention to detail. Adam's work was completed on time and within budget, which I think is rare for any major renovation work. I spent alot of time researching contractors for a remodel on a mobile home we recently purchased and came across Adam. Most companies do not like to work with these particular units and others want to charge a significant amount of money for basic remodeling. My goal was to remodel the kitchen, add new lighting/ceiling fans, replace tub/shower with a walk in unit and some other work that we needed a contractor to do. My timeline was short (less than 2 weeks) due to a number of things that were depending on this remodel to be finished. Adam and his team were able to to utilize existing pieces of cabinets, drawers in the kitchen so that everything flowed nicely and matched. He was able to source the color of quartz counters we wanted and had them cut and installed onsite. Adam was able to work with our outside of the box remodel and give us a beautiful finished product. Adam and his team were awesome to work with. We did a full remodel on our home. We had our kitchen fully renovated and it looks amazing. They knocked down a wall and created a pass through on another wall which really made a great open floor plan. In addition we had new cabinets and quartz counter tops installed. He also installed laminate floors and carpet in the entire house. The bathrooms also had a make over with beautiful tile work. He was very professional and always went above and beyond. I appreciated how he always answered my phone calls and e-mails promptly. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know. He also used great care since we have a 15 month old at home and cleaned up after the renovation and worked quickly to minimize disruption. read more
