Our first contact was our designer, John De Luca, who listened to our vision and brought it to life with his ideas for both layout and functionality. He was fantastic to work with and made a huge difference in creating a kitchen that not only looks great but works perfectly. Our project manager, Ryan Terrell, was outstanding. He maintained complete control of the project from the very beginning keeping everyone on task and ensuring that even the smallest details were handle with care. The entire team - including Ben, Ashely, Chris and Tim - was professional, efficient, and consistently made sure we were happy throughout the process. Communication was clear, and we always knew what to expect. Kim and Edwin from Scanco were excellent master craftsmen. Their pride in their work and attention to detail really stood out in the finished project. Marcos did a fantastic job on our backsplash and was accommodating when we made a change along the way. One thing that consistently impressed us was how clean and organized everything was. At the end of each day, the workspace was left tidy and all trash was removed. We were also given a clear schedule from day one, so we always knew what work would be happening and when - and they stuck to it. The project was completed on time. Beyond the quality of the work, we genuinely enjoyed interacting with everyone involved. The team became a part of our daily routine, and now that the project is complete, we actually miss seeing the early morning crew show up to start our day. We used KBB in 2018 to remodel our Master bathroom and decided to use them again. Just like in 2018, they showed up to work every day (including Saturdays) and worked late into the evening (one time staying till 9:00 pm to complete a portion of the project). David was our project Manager, he kept us informed daily on how the work was progressing and always listened to our desires and ideas. Efay (sic) did the tile work and was able to lay 4 ft X 4 ft Italian porcelain tiles with amazing precision. You can see how perfect each huge tile was laid. Miguel did the cabinet and dry wall work - excellent work! The entire team was easy to work with. The tile and cabinets look fantastic. All I can say is there is no one else I would take a chance with for model upgrades or repairs. This is my 2nd 5-star rating for them.

They are a nice family business, and they have seamless coordination between the designer, cabinet installer, and stone installer. You won't run into a situation where gaps are left between subcontractors. 2. There were no hidden fees or unreasonable change orders. The final price was exactly what was initially quoted. 3. We chose Dekton for the countertop, which is fabulous but also known to be harder to fabricate and install. Our countertop was so masterfully completed; the grain patterns all matched up and fit together perfectly. 4. Marlene, the cabinet designer, has vast knowledge of products on the market, which gives her the capability to create ideas for non-standard options. 5. Carlos and the cabinet installers, were so multi talented, they did custom carpentry work per customer's wish, and also electrical connections and drywall finish, all with good quality. 6. Celia, the schedule controller had clear communication for the timeline, no over promise, all realistic, no back and forth changes, which makes it easy for the customers to plan their schedule around the construction. Plenty of people working to help load or answer questions. The prices are higher than big box stores, but your not going to find this kind of variety and different sizes at any box stores. They are all doing well This place has a large variety of plants, from flowers to trees, from fruits to vegetables, from shrubs to bushes to vines. It's a really fun place to look around if you are into plants. The prices are a little higher than the other stores, but the quality of plants I get are worth it. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They also have a loyalty program, the Hedge fund, that you can earn points and turn them into in-store credit. They also offer free gardening classes on saturdays Some of their other gardening things (soil, fertilizer, pots etc) are quite expensive, so I do price-check with other places first.
