He also stated how he wants to fake being on vacation so he doesn't have to buy anything from anyone. Then don't run a business. Also I left a review on Google and he replied saying everything I had was counterfeit when he didn't even look at it and said "thats why we kicked you out". You didnt kick me out you freaking loser, I stayed completely polite and said ok no problem thank you for your time and let myself out of your junk store. Go on Google reviews to read all his reviews, he tries to gas light people with the bad reviews always trying to turn it around and make it look like they were lying or the customer was in the wrong. I've been here several times the past few years, and I've always had great, speedy service! Saif,…read morethe owner of this place, always does a great job, and his prices are very competitive. The last time I was there, I brought 2 watches for him to take a look at. One was to replace a battery, which he did less than a few minute. He had marked inside the watch casing of when I was there last, which was a couple years ago, and stated that if the battery dies under a certain amount of time, I can come back and he will replace it for free. The 2nd watch was to replace my fossil watch leather straps which has these special side handles to take them off and on easily. After a few years, these bands began to completely fall apart (see photos). When I went to the fossil store, they didn't have many watch bands there for my size watch (22mm) and they were expensive. I bought my watch from there on a great deal, but the cost of replacement bands was about 1/3 of what I paid for the actual watch. Saif, while i was waiting for my battery to be replaced, which was, again, not very long. I asked if they had bands for my fossil watch. He said he did, not with the special handles, but he has the tools to make it in. He showed me a selection of nice leather bands, and after I made my selection, he replaced my old band without a problem. He even replaced the original buckle attached to the old one. The cost of the new leather band was also almost half the cost of the fossil bands. He also gave a guaranteed that any problems would be fixed free of charge. The service here is outstanding! I highly recommend.
