This is a first class very professional and friendly service that cares as much about your pets as you do. Just this past weekend we utilized the service and we totally screwed up the dates we needed the sitter. Being the caring professional the owner Cathy Gallic is she always follows up to make sure the service was complete. She did not get any responses from us as so she came to the house to find out we hadn't returned. When we did make contact we had made the mistake but were unable to return so Cathy actually came and stayed overnight with our pups. That is service above and beyond and she was very gracious about the total inconvenience. He first went for 7 nights when he was 4.5 months old and again for a 3 night refresher to reinforce existing skills and learn an important new command once he was more mentally mature at 7 months old. Kat took the time to really understand his lifestyle and shape his training goals with me ahead of both stays and both times we got back a happy, healthy and focused pup who loves to show off his tricks and manners! He was understandably a little nervous the first time we dropped him off but the second time he was thrilled to be back, which just shows how much fun he had there with her!! You can tell that Kat cares deeply about the dogs she works with and I'm so glad we found her out here in the desert. We wanted someone to walk her, play for a bit and make sure she had food and water. Lori went above and beyond. Not only did Naya get attention, Lori came more than once a day and picked up dog poop and covered up some holes that our husky dug. My sister came to watch our crazy husky for the weekend and Naya decided she was going to bolt out the door. My sister, not familiar with the neighborhood was frantic! I called Lori who jumped in her car (after just having a procedure done) to come and help. All turned out well. Our girl got a lot of running in that day but boy what a comfort knowing Lori cares so much about our crazy girl. I've always used a friend I could hire when we've been out of town. But she had started a new job... so started looking on Yelp. Angela's Critter Care stood out. I left a voicemail, and true to her message, got a call back within 24 hours from Amanda. Fortunately for me, Amanda was able to come the next day to meet Jersey. What amazed me and my husband, was Jersey came right up to Amanda. Jersey is 15 years old, she never just goes up to someone she doesn't know! We hired Amanda, and had a lot of paperwork to fill out, which I actually appreciated. Amanda started 2 days later. She took photos of Jersey, and would text to let us know how she was doing. Also, brought in the mail. Amanda texted the day we were coming home to make sure we didn't need her for another day. When we got home there was a nice note from Amanda on Angela's Critter Care stationery. I am so glad we found someone we trust with our fur baby and our home. Thank you so much.
