He genuinely listened to my concerns when I told him about the issues my laptop was having. He gave me some input and told me that it sounded like a bad hard drive. I took my laptop in for repairs; low and behold, he was correct! He ended up replacing my hard drive, but not only did he fix the initial problem- he went above and beyond by installing some extra goodies like Microsoft Office, Adobe, antivirus protection, and upgraded my RAM from 8 gb to 16 gb. He proceeded to navigate me through several potential fixes. None worked and it was determined I was hacked and locked up by someone who "really knew what they were doing." Aaron reccommended to wipe the hard drive and start over asking to drop off the two devices at his nearby home in Indian Wells. Aaron then immediately worked on the issue for next several hours. This is Sunday evening mind you after a 6 hour drive from Phoenix. By Monday morning I had picked up my laptop and tablet and was back in business.
