Good place to get a haircut, not the greatest but good. Customer service level begins with the ownership. If you like feeling welcomed and appreciated, this is not the place most times. Owner never says hi, welcome or thanks for coming. Most barbers here do good work, there is just 1 female barber that is annoying with her bad attitude. Come in, you'll figure out who it is. I used to come here, but I recently stopped because one of the male barbers fucked up my hair, I was so pissed, he happens to wear glasses and wear black clothing with black gloves to look professional I guess Which I thought he wouldn't disappoint.WRONGO. I've had good experiences in this barber shop before but my last experience on presidents day was the worse. The owner just like always doesn't even acknowledge the customers. The barbers seem nice. When i asked for my haircut i wanted a medium fade and a trim in top. The third lady in the right side walking in cut my hair. She gave me an uneven high fade and when i told her it's now a medium fade she told me i was wrong. But i know the difference between a high and a medium. what made it worse was that my left side is significantly higher than my right side but i rather her not even try to fix it. I've been to this barber the last three times I have needed to cut my hair and it's great. If you're an impatient person, you might get irritated because wait times can be up to 45 minutes (depending on the day/time you go). I've gotten my hair cut by three barbers there and they have all done a great job! I never walk out disappointed. I went in today after work (around 3pm) and I was seated right away. Place is hit or miss. Not all of the barbers cut good. The ones that cut good are great but hopefully you don't get one that sucks. Pretty easy haircut 4 on top and a fade and the barber didn't fade the bottom out. Went home and hit the line around my head with a fade master. Would go but you need to see who cuts good. Generally the barbers on the right side when you come in suck. The ones to the left farthest from door are good. read more
