I am not a barber, but when you do fades, having a little slope is good, with smooth transition, not making head like a square. I wouldn't make the fade too high. You need to add some weight on the sides. Second, the images in the reviews have a crisp hairline in the forehead. If you charge extra, I could have paid. Now I am trying to style my hair, it seems so bad. Asking customers at the end if you like the hair, do you wanna make changes? These things are very important to gain trust. I couldn't tell about my hair because I was never turned to the mirror and got busy with the ATM thing as I didn't know you only accepted cash, not even online.
