The communication was so good. They texted me the night before and were exited to do my project. They were on time. I was home. Didn't even know they were here as I was working in my office. They didn't interrupt me (but they totally could have) during my work time. They had a full crew here. I supplied the bark and edging. Went out to see if they needed anything. They didn't. They were all smiling and so friendly. Then, got a call saying they were done and invited me to come out and see everything. The super nice girl, (professionally dressed in a work uniform) literally took me around and showed me the amazing DRIP system and showed me ALL PLANTS where getting water. They set the timer and even moved my valve box to a different location (my bad, I sprung a last minute glitch in the plan) and had the valve box set up nice so no critters could get in etc. They cleaned up so nicely can't even tell they were here. They are my 3rd try at using Yelp. I've actually saved them in my contacts as "The only irrigation to use ever" in my phone. Trust me.. no regrets. I am satisfied. No worries going with these guys for DRIP, valve box stuff, weedblock install, and lawn edging. Did see a sample of a water fall feature. Was insane with a miniature golf course around it. Boy, where do I start? First off, we've painted the interior of houses (either ourselves or hired…read moreout to professionals) quite a few houses before this. But this experience was far from professional. There were so many issues, it would be too long of a review to list them all but I'll list some of the terrible highlights. *Poor management/supervision *Terrible process and attention to detail *Prep work was shoddy *Workers left the job site dirty each day and ruined a piece of our brand new carpet *No regard for the fact that we were living and working from the space (the job took 7 days, unnecessarily). *Skill level of workers was mediocre at best *Communication and language deficits *Several times each day we had to do quality control due to dripping paint, missed spots, wrong sheen of paint, using the incorrect color in places---we only had 3 colors. *Misuse of caulk in a large area that needed to be repaired by a professional drywaller. *We paid almost 11k for the work and it wasn't even worth half of that with the quality we got. They gave us a 1.5% discount for "inconveniences"

I worked with Margret, the owner of the company on both consultations. I'm a return customer. 1st time was to pick out interior colors and was satisfied with receiving them with in a couple days. I was told it was nice to work with me and looked forward to helping further on my remodel. I had a second consultation to pick home exterior paint colors as our home was being resided a month. During the, "consultation" this timeline was explained to her and she said no problem. After waiting over a month with no response I contacted the company and the owner, Margret, sent me this email... "Got your message from the office and sorry - this has been unfinished in my drafts and I just have been too busy with consultations and remodeling to wrap up. No charge for the visit and sorry - I just am better to focus on the work I have lined up and here." I replied to her I had the contractors her putting up siding and really needed the color choices. She replied "sorry, I'm going on vacation and cannot help you." In an email response. I'm honestly just floored. Agains, if you have money invested in projects and are looking for professionals... this IS NOT the company to go with. I truly just thought they forgot to send the colors over, not she just decided like a game without telling me she had no intentions on helping me after I took a day off to to meet with her at my house consultation. ‍‍‍‍ I will definitely update this post including recommendation to a professional company patrons can use for staging and remodeling choices because you deserve better!
