I dropped off my brand-new Toyota Tundra at Caliber Collision after a minor accident that required the rear to be replaced due to a bend. I was told the repair would take two weeks. Instead, it took over a month because they ordered the wrong parts three separate times. When I finally picked up the truck, the check engine light immediately came on. I took it to the Toyota dealership, where they found that a hose had not been connected, causing an air leak. I had to pay $180 out of pocket just for the diagnostic. I brought the truck back to Caliber Collision, and they kept it for another month to fix the issue--again delayed because they were ordering incorrect parts. During that time, they did provide a rental, which shows they acknowledged their mistake. After waiting five more weeks, I picked up the truck only to find that the rear was not installed properly and is visibly sticking out. Now I'm expected to bring it back again, leave my vehicle for another full day or two, and be without transportation once more. Throughout this entire process: * No proactive phone calls * No updates * No apologies * No accountability I had to call weekly just to find out what was happening with my own vehicle. This has been a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating. Even if your insurance covers the repair, the lack of workmanship, communication, and customer service makes this place not worth it.
