Had a broken spring on my garage door. Having not having any prior issues I went to yelp for guidance. Alan answered, so knowledgeable knew the exact issue after my explanation. Sated he did have a full schedule that day but advised me he would try to squeeze me in possibly. He called me back by 9am same day saying he would be there between 11-12. Received a call from my wife at 12:15 saying it's been fixed and they also replaced a faulty hinge, programmed a new remote, and calibrated our touch pad. Also gave us some good intel on proper leveling of our housing if we opted to do so at a later time. This is a long delayed review. It happened months back. My garage collapsed one morning. Motor cable broke. The very top panel tore half way from the rest of the door. My garage door just hang there, either open or closed. I couldn't get my car out (I was supposed to take my mom to her appointment that morning). I got on Yelp and started calling local businesses. The first one went to voice mail after minutes of ringing; the second one told me they couldn't come out to my house until a week later. Allan was the 3rd I called. He picked up the phone and we a brief discussion on my situation. He told me he was at a job that morning. He could stop by my house that afternoon to help with my garage door. He arrived before 1PM, earlier than I expected. He then told me he didn't carry my garage door brand, and it may cost me more if he just got one panel for me (volume discount?). He also told me different ways to fix it and the cost associated with each if I wanted to do it myself.
