He advised that drilling the type of chip/crack I had could cause it to spread. He even called Crystal to see if a new windshield was available to replace it, if necessary. But, it didn't crack and it was the best job possible with what I had going on with my chips and cracks. Didn't even sell me a new windshield knowing my insurance covers it. Sergei and his team are fantastic. They did a great job repairing my Dad's Lexus (reattach a…read morebracket) and my Toyota (order and install a new bracket). Both repairs were substantially less than the other body shops we received estimates from. In addition, the Lexus was repaired in under an hour AND on the SAME day of the estimate. The Toyota was repaired about a week after the estimate, which was within the original time frame given to complete the repair. On a side note, Sergei was on-time for both estimates. This is definitely a best-in-class business.
