When the new manager Robert came to the phone, he told me although they had already closed, he would wait so I could pick up my frame. When I got there, This very nice young man came out, shook my hand, called me by my name, apologized for my inconvenience and gave me my item. Our auto insurance company recommended a call to Arrow Auto Glass, which had a location in Louisville. The appointment was easy to set up and they worked with my schedule. My appointment was during the day while I was at work. The repair person called on his way and then at arrival. I walked outside and opened the car for him to begin placing the new windshield. He called me when he was finished and I locked up the car. Overall it only took about 30 minutes. Nothing to clean up, and very friendly service. The repair rep also reminded me to get a new sticker for the River Link account. No issue with insurance claim either - got my invoice for full coverage. Highly recommend!

I went based solely on the price because I paid out-of-pocket and didn't opt to use insurance. The work took roughly about an hour and I drove from the Dixie all the way out to La Grange without a single wind complaint. Seems like they did a pretty good job and if the need arose I would definitely go back again. There was a bit of a snafu--I scheduled to come but their delivery person never brought the glass to be installed. Luckily, there were two ladies at the front desk and one went and picked it up. Probably worked out in my favor because the one scheduled to come wasn't the correct one as I didn't mention my car has lane keep assist. This would've been a five-star experience if my new windshield would've been waiting for me. Oh well, accidents happen, and the front desk was very polite about the accident. While I was there two people did come in needing things corrected on their cars so it looks like sometimes things happen during install. I get it though, they do the same job over and over but never drive the car that the windshield goes in so they don't see the mistakes. They fix all of these for free of course, it's just the hassle of having to go back if necessary.
