On the appointed day, Rusty showed up on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. Within about 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem and went to work making the sensor adjustments and resetting a keypad I'd asked him to. His service charge fee was very reasonable. The office staff was very helpful in setting up a time to look at my door, determine what was wrong and give me an estimate. Trey was my Technician and I am going to say he is one of the nicest people I have met. Trey took the time to explain what was going on and what it would take to fix my issue. We started off going in phases, if it was only the hardware that needed replacing then we would not have to have a new motor. It turned out the hardware was not enough to take care of how loud and creaky it sounded, so we chose a motor and Trey went to work on installing it. I was in my office when he was testing the motor and it was so quiet, that I ran out to the garage in disbelief!! It was heavenly to hear barely anything when the door opened and closed. Since We established a great customer relationship, Mike has been kind enough to check in once a while to make sure everything was working alright. Lately the door had been making the "machine-gun-like" noise. Mike took a look and said to me: "It's time!". On the next day, Mike showed up on time with all the tools/parts he needed. Since my garage door is in between 7' and 8' standards, he brought extra parts to ensure everything will fit. Mike also double checked all the existing parts were secured. If not, he put in extra screws just to be sure. Which I really appreciate! I watched him replaced the entire unit quickly with great organization. We had some light hearted chats about families and the current pandemic while he did the installation. Then he cleaned up the floor and helped setting up all the controllers, plus downloading the app into my phone. Overall, I'm still very happy with Mike's work. He's reliable, responsive and great to work with. I paid 550 for my new garage opener, and I find the price very reasonable. I have, and will recommend Mike to anyone I know!
