The owners were extremely hostile and nearly trespassed me. There are three entrances off the main…read moreroad and only one sign that says "For assistance call: 518-###-####" with a large stop sign. The property has multiple buildings and operations, but there is zero guidance on where to go to retrieve a towed vehicle. I stayed near the road the entire time and never went past the stop sign. I was simply trying to find an office. Online it says 24 hours, but that only applies to towing, not the actual location. When I called the number on the sign, I was told they open at 8:00 AM. After one owner arrived, his brother showed up and treated me like I was some kind of criminal for walking along the front of the property trying to figure out where to go. They argued about what time I got there, when I called, why I left to get coffee, and why I tried to find an entrance after calling. I get that they probably deal with difficult people, but that doesn't justify treating customers like that. If trespassing or theft is an issue, put up proper gates or clear signage. At a minimum, this place needs clear directions on where customers should go to pick up their vehicles. The way it's set up now is confusing and unprofessional. Shitty Buisness

I received a call from the driver, Jake, within minutes. Truck was on scene within 30 minutes (we are in north country,) and my vehicle was out and driving within minutes. The driver (whose name I did not get) was very pleasant and professional. He hooked up my car, pulled it up on flatbed and headed to the garage.
