We have been given the run around after this joke of a shop destroyed our winter rims because the…read moretech is untrained and used the wrong size to remove the lug nut causing every rim to be scratched. Ast. Manager asked if I wanted some oil changes. Of course I don't want oil changes I want you to fix what you damaged. I am a store manager for my customer service business for 22 years so I understand what I am talking about. Jim the store manager will dodge your calls all day just so he doesn't have to take ownership of the damage. After finally reaching Jim he looked at the damage and said he will call his repair man to fix the rims. That was over 30 days ago. The owner has already been made aware and doesn't respond either. So now since they are just going to blow us off even though we have emails stating that the damage will be fixed no one will reach out to us. Next step will be bringing this joke of a store manager and owner to small claims court which they will not be happy with. Thanks for the damage to my new rims. If you go for a ball joint, they will sell you control arms. They will say, it will be impossible to do the job without the upgrade. They prefer to use their source for parts because they make upwards of 30% on that brand. Lastly, they will charge you $50 for 2 rags and 1.00 worth of break fluid. My advise, go somewhere else for the same price.
