He felt both genuine and knowledgeable, and that proved out over the quoting process and engagement. While the wait for our windows took a little longer than we had hoped, Mike was really responsive and when the window did arrive installation was scheduled immediately. I'd wholeheartedly work with them again and recommend them to others!

After getting four quotes, I came to realize that each company pretty much has one type of siding they recommend and install. For one company we interviewed it was LP (engineered wood), for two companies it was Hardie (fiber cement), and for the last company, Superior Industries, it was a material we hadn't heard of before: Gentek ALIGN Composite Cladding (aka Alside ASCEND Composite Cladding). I was initially skeptical because I hadn't come across it in my research. How good could it be? Turns out, amazing. Really glad I called Mike to come take a look, as otherwise we would have ended up spending a lot more to get a not-quite-as-good product. Superior Industries replaced all of our siding, soffits, and facia, and aluminum-wrapped all new trim boards for us. They did precise, high-quality work and it really shows. Communication was good throughout and the guys who did the work were friendly and competent. Mike only has a couple teams, so these guys have been with him for many years and really know their stuff. They listened to everything I had to say, they consulted me when there were any decisions to be made, and they answered all my questions. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.

We purchased a custom storm door for $3500 March 5, 2024, right from the beginning there were…read moreissues. We were told the door would take up to 6 months to be finished and installed. After it was installed the handle and lock kept falling off. We had to wait several months for that repair to be done and the issue was never resolved. We had to tighten the handle ourselves. At the beginning of this year the door would not close. We called and were given an appointment in the beginning of April and the repair guy said that a bolt needed (arm) .We hadn't heard anything yet so we called today and were told that there is a limited warranty on locks, mechanisms etc of only 1 year. We checked the contract and it says limited but didn't specify how long. We were told that we would need to pay $$$ up front for the whole kit for them to replace the bolts. We would not recommend using this company due to the delays and poor custommer service that you would experience. They called us June 10th 2026 and said the part was in and scheduled the repair for 7/6/2026. Then I received several messages saying they had a question for me. I returned the call about 7 times and got a voicemail. I finally told them to ask the question and I would leave the answer on their voicemail. Then on June 29,2026 I received a call that they had 4 repair technicians quit and needed to reschedule for today July 21,2026 between 8:00-12:00. I hadn't heard from the repair technician (11:24) called and held 24 minutes to be told by (Theresa -Denver office) they couldn't locate our part and they would need to reorder the part (rush order) and will call us when the part is received. She will also have a supervisor call back (Jessica or Jonathan Farmer). We could have replaced the door 7 times from Home Depot or Lowe's with all the issues with Champion. If I could give minus stars I would have.

I usually am not one to complain and take the time to write review but if you do come across this…read morecompany, DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to deal with a headache of customer service and quality of work. Contract was signed May 2024 and upon installation of the sliding glass back door in September, it was discovered there was a leak with water coming into our house through the unsealed dog door. A new door was ordered October 2024 and we received an ETA March 2025. March came and went and was notified in April a new door had to be ordered again since the dog door was not installed. June 2025 I was told the new door was in and correct, but they could not schedule due to it being a 2-man job. Scheduled installation was set for July 2025 and was CANCELLED SAME DAY- saying there was no dog door installed. I got in touch with a regional manager who just kept going back and forth. They sent out an individual to seal the door, but it could not be sealed due to the lock door being in the way. August 2025 THIRD DOOR was ordered. I reached out with pictures and videos of my damaged hardwood floors as there were 4-5 planks warped and separation of the planks due to water damage. Champion sent out 3 individuals to take pictures, measurements of the damage and all AGREED that this was done from the leak in the door. Everyone first was saying they needed to measure the moisture level under the planks, but I told them this has been going on for over a year and a half, the damage was done. I had 3 different companies come out to review the damage of what planks needed to be replaced and I was being told it would be a 2-3K job due to needing to replace, sand and stain which would be hard to match the current stain so it would be best to do the whole main floor. Champion called and ADMITTED fault and offered me $200 in Visa gift cards. I said this was nothing for the damage caused by their product and they said they would review again to see what they could do. A day later I got an email saying they weren't taking fault due to the age of my home and the damage was already there. WHAT A joke of a company!

The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I'll update this review when I've heard back with legit quotes and decisions on a path forward. For now it's a very unimpressed meh.

I wanted to give a special shoutout to Isaiah (paint POC) and Wancy (crew foreman) for all they did to help the process go smoothly. Isaiah walked me through how the whole painting process was going to work, and he does a QA check at the end to touch up areas that I didn't even spot (or would probably not care that much about). He helped me understand the differences between paint products and warranties, and he just really wants the customer to be happy with the job. Wancy's crew worked really hard, even with some weather challenges--and showed up promptly at 7:00 AM every day for work a 10-12 hour day. The guys work really hard, and yes, you should absolutely feed your paint crew while they're working on your house. As for Vivax, it's not the cheapest. It might even be the most expensive, but there's a reason why you see so many Vivax signs in your neighborhood because they work they do is really good. At times, I didn't love the process--there are a lot of handoffs from sales to project manager to wood guy to paint crew, etc. This creates multiple opportunities for upsells and price adjustments, which can be unexpected, so I'd build in a little buffer from your original estimate because your salesperson is not the subject matter expert on any of the trades. The salesperson might say the crew can do something (like move a shed), but in reality, you need to do it yourself, but your salesperson is long gone by that point in the process. As a result, there are times where you might not know who your point of contact is, but that's where Isaiah really stepped up and played that role. Like we had an issue after the wood work was done, and Isaiah made sure we were taken care of. They do communicate with you, and things run VERY on time, but you will talk to about 4 more people than you might've expected. For some people, that might be good, but it would be a little simpler with a central point of contact. Regardless, when we're talking paint, the most important thing is the end result. Our house looks great. Isaiah, Wancy, and the crew worked really hard, and this is something that we will probably not have to do again for at least a decade. If you want the job done right and your house to look great, you can't go wrong with Vivax. Because painting your house is a huge investment, it might hurt your wallet a little more, but they'll make sure the job is done right.
