He took his time when he visited and ensured he explained what he was looking at and what was going on. He gave me options and didn't pressure me to get all the work done right away. Decent price as it requires different venting and other changes from a standard water heater. Now it is Wednesday, 50 minutes after the scheduled time. I just called Jason up and they had nothing on their calendar and no technician dispatched to my house. It's one thing to be late/get held up and give a courtesy call, but to verbally schedule something and simply not mark it down on a calendar? Yeah...I'll let someone more trustworthy work on dangerous gas appliances if they can't even figure out how calendars work.
