Went in to get my bumper painted and reflector replaced through an insurance claim and it was ready very quick and looks brand new would highly recommend, everyone was nice and even drove me to the car rental place. read more

I'l start by saying I'm grateful to have my car back, however far from happy with with the results. I can definitely say not worth the amount of money or time I paid. First off, my license plate was stolen while in their possession. Then I was advised work cannot begin until I replace my calipers and pads for all 4 corners so the vehicle can be moved. I spent $650 for all four calipers and rotors only to find out they were not needed at all for the work to be performed; waste of time and money. Now for the actual paint and body issues. 1) New fog lights were installed with a new bumper using two different connectors that were spliced with loosely wrapped electrical tape. 2) Clearly my vehicle appears to have not been propperly prepped or cleaned prior to paint as the previous paint damage is visible under "new" paint on the hood, roof, and rear deck lid. 3) There are several areas with pooling/drip marks. 4) There is an adhesive line from where the OEM vinyl was prior to paint. Vinyl decals were removed but the adhesive was left behind and then sprayed over. Vinyl decals were NOT replaced. 5) Vehicle emblem was removed and not replaced until after the vehicle was picked up and was then not placed in the correct location but general vicinity. 6) There are tape marks at EVERY body seam. 7) Finished vehicle had minimal gloss. When I asked about wet sanding or polishing, I was told to bring the car back and it will be "buffed out". Surprise, there was next to no improvement. 8) Rear bumper pained with trunk closed leaving a large area of unpainted on top of the bumper cover. Maybe I expected too much, but for $2500 I expected better results. I'm not talking concourse level, but I feel I could've done a better job with rattle cans or gone to Maaco. I now have to take vehicle to another body shop spend even more money to correct the shoddy job performed by Sheehan's shop. Strongly recommend going almost anywhere but here for paint and body work. read more

Our BMW had front bumper damage, was expertly repaired, paint was an amazing match for a 2004 car, and was ready the next day! The work was top notch and Teresa was not only wonderful with us she buffed out our headlights free of charge! Highly recommend! read more

I have moved to the area for college and have had a few things go wrong with my very old car , I was referred to Kip and he has helped me each and every time I need something done. Kip and his team are really just the best....that's the bottom line. He's taken care of 3 of my cars, multiple visits for each car ...from little dings to big accidents and the cars come back like new! He has always been straight with me and never sugar coats, he tells it like it is. He's even come in under his own estimates more than once! When Audi wanted $1250 to replace a headlight, I took it to Kip and it was done in a few hours and when I got the bill it was $200... I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him! read more

I brought my 1976 Cadillac Eldorado convertible to Sheehan's Collision to be painted. Kip Sheehan was recommended as a restoration specialist by someone who's opinion I trust. Although Kip kept my car for quite some time while I was anxious to have the job finished, I have to admit that the wait was worth it. I get nothing but compliments on the way the car looks. The latch on my back door some how got messed up and got locked in the close position with my door open making it impossible to close the door. I messed with that thing for an hour and couldn't do anything. I brought the car there on a Saturday and the guy literally fixed it in 1 minute with a screw driver free of charge. read more

I had a very bad experience dealing with Kip Sheehan at Sheehans Collision in Boca Raton, Florida. I am and have always been a respectful and courteous customer wherever I spend my money. The front end of my 1999 Honda CRV was damaged in an accident. Kip Sheehan gave me an estimate of approximately 5,600.00 and stated that he never charges more than his estimate. This included body work to the front end and suspension work and also included a complete paint job. I paid a deposit of 2,000.00. I did not receive a call from the shop until the car was complete and at that time was notified by the receptionist that the price was an additional 1,000.00. She told me that it was unprofessional of Kip to not call me and get approval of the additional charges which were for a new hood/clear coat, a resonator and rt rotor, brake pads, and brake fluid. I had several times stopped by the shop to check on progress of my vehicle only to be greeted by drinking employees. Kip stated that he installed used suspension parts. The front end made knocking, creaking noises, I returned the vehicle for adjustments or some type of fix. When I got home I noticed that one of the lug nut stems on the front right tire was broken off, I was disappointed that none of the three people working on the vehicle told me of this, It would have been no big deal just fix it, So I returned the vehicle to get this fixed and the lug nut that was replaced was a different size than the rest of the lug nuts and the knocking and creaking of the front end was not fixed. The vehicle was presented to me with approximately 6 dents, two of the dents on the top of the vehicle were not there when i delivered the vehicle, I asked Kip about the dents and he denied causing them and stated that they fix dents not cause them and that sometimes you don't see dents until the paint is on, and also evident were waves and an orange peel look to the paint, and also the door jambs were not painted as verbally promised during his initial inspection and estimate. The whole experience was disrespectful to me as a respectful customer that paid 2,000.00 up front. Even after this terrible customer service I treated Kip respectful and did not show any disrespect in his place of business. Since the work was done the emblems that were on the back of the vehicle have all fallen off as they were not taken off properly and then just glued back on. Also I paid a visit for a vehicle inspection to the Mechanic that referred me to Sheehans Collision. The referring mechanic inspected my car and told me that the suspension parts are not only no good but that that they are bad, the front end is making terrible noises and the estimate to fix this problem would be at least 1,500.00. also agreed that the paint job was sloppy. I also showed the paperwork from Sheehan Collision to the referring mechanic and was told I got taken advantage of, in charging me an addition 1,000.00 without a call to me and for installing used suspension parts. I would call this experience distasteful, rude and operating on the dark side of business. I was told by others in the business my biggest mistake was paying him a deposit of 2,000.00. I do not recommend this business for anyone, I am sorry that I went there, and my 1999 vehicle does not look like I spent 6,800.00 on it. I am sorry to have have to post this but it is the truth. read more

I brought my car in just to get a rough idea of how long repairs would take and if the costs were high enough to file an insurance claim. As I drove up, Kip immediately came out to help me. Kip told me I would want to go through insurance as the costs were quite high, and that I could leave the car there on the spot, call the insurance company to file the claim, give him the claim number, and Kip would get started right away getting the estimate in to insurance and ordering the parts. Throughout the entire process, Kip actually called me (I know, shocking right?) and kept me up to date, while he worked with my insurance company to get everything done. I was pleasantly surprised when Glen called me a day earlier than promised and told me that my car was ready to be picked up. I was nervous as I arrived to see how the work turned out. When I saw the car, I was amazed. My car looked better then when I bought her! The finish was pretty much flawless! The work was by far the best auto body work I had ever seen, and unfortunately, we've had a few cars go to the body shop. No thick orange peel, no drips, no overspray. BEWARE- DO NOT CHOOSE THIS SHADY SHEEHAN COLLISION SHOP/DEALERSHIP!!! The staff was very pleasant and Amy, at front desk, was very helpful when I called. However, the shop had my vehicle for over a month and I never received any updates. Nor did they communicate with my insurance company or the rental car agency. The worst part of the entire process, is that when I finally received my vehicle back, there was a dent on the roof that was not there before. Ed tried to claim that it as part of the accident and bill my insurance even though it was on a different part of my car...SHADY! Then they wanted to charge me. Anyone can see that there are countless customer vehicles are parked under trees in the lot. The manager claimed that there was no way that it could have happened while the vehicle was in their care for over a month. I have experienced sloppy collision shops create more damage on the vehicle while they had it, although never for an entire month, much less more. In those occasions the shop had enough integrity to own up to the damage and repair it. read more

I've been taking my car to Sheehan's Collision for years and the thing I appreciate most about the place is that Kip genuinely cares about his customers. The last review seems a little harsh. Kip always gives me an honest advice and makes sure I understand my options. Always very reliable, courteous and knowledgeable. He and his assistant walked me through the entire repair process from tear down to the paint department and the work was completed earlier than we expected. They even washed my vehicle before I came to pick it up. They also work with insurance companies! It takes more than just experience and skill to do what they do - they have passion and dedication. Sheehan's collision is very professional, responsive and responsible. Their work is admirable. More importantly, though they work with the insurance company, they do not lose sight of the fact that they work for the customer. And that is how it should always be. Any delay with the completion was due to the stalling and prevarication by the insurance company and Teresa was instrumental in helping me expose that resulting in the insurance company paying for repairs and damages caused by their contracted towing company. Areas of the vehicle where things were not involved in the collision, but were tampered with happened while in the hands of the towing company or outside Contractors that handled aftermarket attachments. read more

Sheehan's Collision is absolutely second to none. From the very first call I felt like THE most important customer and that continued every step of the way. Update calls frequently through the extensive repair. AND when the there was an avoidable delay caused by a supply company the owners loaned me a car as I exceeded the coverage. The who front end of the Mercedes was crushed and the car looked absolutely perfect when they finished. Of I received a courtesy call after that! One month later I stopped by after my side door was nicked and the owners sent their paint specialist right too me for touch ups ... at no charge. PLEASE do not go anywhere else but to Sheehan's as I am sure you will be as happy as me! read more

From the moment I brought the car in for an estimate to the time I picked it up after the repair the service I received was above and beyond all my expectations. The quote was fair priced. I am an older woman not knowing very much about the computer systems in these new cars. Theresa was incredibly helpful and honest with what I needed for my rear sensor. Her knowledge and willing to find out what was needed reassured me that I could trust her and Sheehan's Collision. She was referred to me by another repair shop because they couldn't fix my problem. And she made sure she could get mine fixed by her or someone who could. Her price was totally reasonable compared to what the dealer wanted. I would refer anyone to them. read more
