After the purchase, my sister attempted to drive it on the freeway which she noticed it was wobbly so she brought it back to the tire shop. She was been told she would have to come back the next day as the balancing machine was not currently working. She did so as instructor the next day she came back And the machine was not working so she had asked for her money back instead of getting her money back. I got a good tire here yesterday for the 3rd time in 2 years. They have a fancy new machine or whatever that takes credit cards, venmo, etc. But for some reason it wasn't taking my debit card. Thats when i started whinning. The young lady taking my payment was professional and my whinning didn't seem to bother her. So I went outside and whined and complained about my debit card not working. Bothered other customers by pulling up my wells fargo account on my cell phone and showing them the 67 bucks in my checking account. Just to prove i had money in the account. People weren't paying attention tho. At that point i asked one the workers if i could use his debit card to pay for my tire and I'll go down the street to the bank to get cash and reimburse him. He told me to talk to the owner. I asked the owner if i could just have the tire. Since it was already on the car. By this time everyone was sick of me. The manager pulled out an older pinpad machine from a desk. She inserted my card in...and it worked! Well, not really sure it took my payment. I think they were getting tired of my whinning and wanted me to leave the property already. Got a good tire tho and was able to make it back to the crib. Kids werent home from school yet so i was able to smoke a cigarette INSIDE. Damn all that going outside to smoke a square. Marlboro red is best smoked on the couch when nobody is home to whine about 2nd hand smoke. I pay all the bills around here! Smoke a square inside if i want to. read more

I've been there three times for tire repair: twice a couple-three years ago, and the third time was yesterday. All three times were to plug a flat (there are bolts/screws everywhere on the streets with all of the construction). Where other shops said "no, we don't do plugs, come back and make an appointment for a repair", these guys will give you a quick and painless (to your wallet) solution: the simple tire plug. I went here all the time for service when needed. Everyone say support black business. I'm all for everyone winning.. I went here a few days ago because my tire was low for the second time in two weeks. I'm wondering why, so I go see if they can tell me why.. The guy asked for the key to my tire on my 2019 Kia Optima. I knew something happened cuz how he got up and walked away to go talk to another worker. The other worker came to my car looked at what happened and then told me my key was defective. They broke my wheel lock key with their impact gun and laid all the responsibility on me. Not the random looking drug addicts they rotate through there to work. I went back once I cooled off and the owner wouldn't even come discuss it with me. He sent someone else who I never saw before after making me wait 30 minutes when I should have been next. They helped everybody else first. They will not assume responsibility for thier mishaps. Do not support this business. They will break your stuff and put the blame on you. read more

Horrible service came in to get a tire replaced owner had a blunt of weed in his mouth there all over the place took about 3 different guys to come up with a answer for the price and they even had a problem about who was doing he service finally got my tire off and the gentleman placed the tire down and the owner came and kicked my tire asking "who left this shit here?" I was amazed how unprofessional they were on top of that the guy finally put my tire on and took 5 minutes trying to find one of my lug nuts he had misplaced and as I observed the tire after it was placed on I noticed it was a patched tire so I expressed my concern with the owner I was told "just come back and we'll give you another tire if it pops" I will never be coming back to this place ever again horrible horrible service hands down read more

Only Gave it one star because I had to I went to replace two front tires that was balding paid $64 was in and out (nice). Went straight home parked my car but noticed the tire on the passenger side was just as bad as the tire they took off and "replaced". So I went back 2 days laters and let them know the tire is no good. So I take it the owner or manager came out and starts to argue with me that I did that and it's my fault mind you I live about 15 blocks away. No way I did that in 15 blocks. So we go back and forth until finally he says I'll replace them tomorrow when I get a shipment of tires but I would have to pay for labor. I let him know I will not be paying for labor because his worker should of never put them on knowing it's dangerous to drive on them. So he said he'll replace them no charge come tomorrow. So tomorrow comes and they tell me they don't have my size come Monday. The tire on the passenger end up popping later that night I put my spare on. Now today the driver side pops it's Tuesday and they still don't have my size. I was told to come back again the next day I declined after arguing with the man I was refunded and took my business across the streets to the Hispanic shop who gave me a nice meaty tire for $30. I felt disrespected to have to argue with the owner and he wasn't even there when I first bought the tires. As a owner I felt he should of came out and apologized and worked something out. For them to not have my size after a week tells me they gave me the last they had and didn't care how bald they was. Just wanted to make a sell. I will never return here and I advise you to go across the street. Save your the headache. read more

I had a slow leak in my rear driver's side tire. I asked about a replacement & then I was asked for the key to unlock the tire. I couldn't find it then but found it later. Then I'm told I wouldn't replace that tire if I was you cuz it still has some good tread. I can fix it & won't have to take the tire off. He tells me it's going to cost $25. I said ok & when I gave him $40 he took the money to another man came back with a $10 & 2 $5s. He gave me $15 kept the $5 & when he walked away he put it in his pocket. I would not recommend this place to anyone, enemies included. Ratchet doesn't begin to describe how they handle business. This place was recommended by a friend that knows these people & was told they would take care of me. Well it was partly right because they did take from me. It was my first & last time going there.
