I have had a positive experience every-time I enter AVN's business. I have two cars for which they have been solely responsible for their tires. Today I am here getting a puncture repair, which surprisingly happens more often than seems normal. Just got some wheels mounted for an affordable price. The tires I brought didn't workout but fortunately I had spares that did. They was nice enough not to charge me twice for this service and took great care of my rims like it was their own. The man on the phone was very helpful and polite and helped with ordering new tires. However, Ricky was unprofessional and the reason for this review. He did not engage in any talk and said to just come back around 3 for pick up when asked if we'd receive a call when finished, he begrudgingly took down our number. We didn't receive a call. When we arrived he stated, putting the tires on the rims took to long and not enough time to balance. So they opted to add balance weights on the new tires. Never gave them an indication we were in a rush (we weren't) or a time we wanted them back, so not sure why there was a rush. The pricing was ok, but won't go back due to lack of effort and lack of customer service. read more

Beware: They Will Scratch and Damage Your Rims! I've had both of my cars damaged here. The first time was with my SUV after a nail in the tire--when they replaced and rotated it, 3 of my rims came back scratched. I called and they sent a rim repair guy to fix them. Against my better judgment, I gave them a second chance when another car of mine had a nail. Same result--scratched rims again. On top of that, the overall atmosphere was negative and unprofessional. In one word "Outstanding" all the way around! I echo all of the recent reviews of AVN Motorsports! I had an issue with a possible leak of a tire on my vehicle. I called first to see if they could help and if I needed to make an appointment. Note this was after calling another tire shop in the area and being referred to AVN since they were all booked up. I spoke to Vince at AVN and he told me that I could come in on that same day. I went in around Noon and as luck would have it there was no wait to inspect my vehicle. They found and showed me that a nail was imbedded in my tire causing the slow leak. It took approximately 30 minutes to repair the tire. Total cost $40.00! As my tires are just over a year old, I was hoping it could be repaired and a friend referred me to AVN. I pulled in at approximately 4:30pm, with no appointment, and I was out with a repaired tire in less than 30min! They pulled out an industrial staple, patched and explained it may not work. tested it and told me it should be ok - all for $40. They were swift, courteous, and professional. Yeah, they are five stars for a reason. They offer unparalleled customer service. I bought some tires from Tirerack and had them installed at AVN in May, but whenever I've had any questions since then, Chris is prompt to answer them. Also, I just had issues trying to inflate my tires at a Costco air station. The tech there said there were problems with the valves and their collars, something like that. He tried to remove them, but turns out he damaged a couple of them trying. That made the problem worse. I went in yesterday to AVN, and Ricky and his crew were able get the needed air in my tires quickly, and told me to come here for air instead. That's great service! read more
