Maybe four or five other cars in need of the same service. I'll say this - they're as organized as they can be for the smell space they have. When it was time for me to get my tire put on, I pulled up and parked on the sidewalk. Trust me, there was a method to the madness. I was there for maybe 30-40 minutes in total. It's been a few months now and I am planning coming back to have them replace my brakes and rotors and my front control arms and ball joints due to the well know issue with the Teslas. I made a call and the same repair that I was quoted as $480 at another local auto repair shop, Sebastian quoted me as about $250 dollars. And then the other repair of the right and left arms for some part of the engine that I was quoted as $1184 by the other Auto shop, Sebastian told me that it's normal wear and doesn't need to be repaired yet. Now it makes sense that the previous repair shop wanted to charge me $50 per bulb to put in when my bulbs went out on my car. So I went and got the bulbs myself at O'Reilly's and put them in myself the first time until I found out O'Reillys offers complementary bulb replacement. I used to have oil changed here several times. So I wanted to give it a try. Before and after the installation of struts, my car had no side pulling. However, when a guy aligned it, my car started to right side pulling. I drove back and asked him to fix the problem but nothing change. I doubted that he did wrong adjustments on my suspension purposely. I won't bring my car to this shop anymore.
