Since we visited in mid-April, the cabins weren't open for the season, so we stayed in the Bear's Den--a cozy studio tucked beneath the main lodge. It was absolutely perfect, with stunning, unobstructed views of Mount Greylock and the valley that made the experience feel even more special. Perched at the top of Florida Mountain, the setting alone is worth the visit, but it's the care and attention behind the experience that truly sets this place apart. We left feeling completely recharged and already talking about when we can come back. If you're even considering staying here--do it. You won't regret it.

I see Paula every year on my birthday and have been the past four years! I drive just under an hour to see her each time and would drive longer if I had to. She remembered me from the first time I went. Her prices are unmatched and her service is amazing. She is so kind! She always has a big beautiful collection to choose from! If I could give her more than five stars I would. If you are looking for a shop with good prices, nice owner and a good selection with great quality, Paula is YOUR GIRL!!! The store is very small and seems to cater to customers seeking crystals, new age items, and some small glass art creations. Nothing we were interested in enough to purchase, so we didn't stay long. We noted a huge chair as art piece across the street. Paula informed is that she had made the large woven seat for the huge chair art. Four stars for friendliness and unique shop, just nothing I was personally interested in. It wouldn't be a 'must stop' or 'drive out of your way to come here' spot for roadtrippers but if in or around town anyway you may find something of interest here if into New Age things.

Confused I showed the employee my email and text confirmation, he proceeded to say yes we got your online order we just don't have those products in stock. He tried to sell me something else. I left without purchasing anything. There are several other options in the area. Highly recommend staying away from here and head elsewhere.

The house special udon noodles are so tasty. The soft perfectly chewy texture of the noodles, the flavorful sweet and salty sauce, and so many veggies and mix of grilled chicken, grilled pork, and shrimp. Will definitely get this again. Also tried the crystal shrimp dumplings, and although these are Not the best I've had, they are passable. I would order them again, but I wish the filling was more flavorful. They are just a little bland. Also tried the summer rolls again...very good, again. Sauce is delicious, and the rolls are large. I do wish they had some fresh herbs in them, but despite not having that, they are so good! The bathrooms are clean, the food comes out quick. Service is friendly. I haven't tried the pho yet, and I can't to come back!
