Excellent. I ordered a small Greek salad and a small Omni pizza. Note that both are huge. I did learn from another customer that they actually have an extra small which would have been more appropriate for one person. Really good pizza. Ordered the large - half CLK and half Surgeon. The crust was thin, crispy and both sides of the pie were excellent. The service was ...good. There was a bit of confusion on the ordering of beer. Adult drinks were not listed on the menu so I asked our server what beer they had on tap. I was told the list is on "untapped.com". Googled it, didn't look right so I told the waitress I didn't think my search was working. She said it was "untappd.com" no "e". Googled that and it asked me to sign in, create and account or get the app. I just wanted a cold beer. I got a Shiner in a bottle. This restaurant has a nice cozy feeling with a full bar and lots of TVs with various sports channels playing on them. We went there at 5.00 PM and it was already super busy. They have a large variety of pizzas available with about 5 vegetarian options. We ordered the Colorado and Surgeon. The Colorado was nice and tasty. Both pizzas were thin crust and were crispy. They have 3 sizes, extra small, small and large. Small was big enough for 2 people. The surgeon came out with the pepperoni burnt and the crust burnt on the edges. The waiter gave us an explanation that it's because of their thin sliced pepperoni but if that's the case, it should be mentioned at the time of ordering. Our pizza was remade and this time the pepperoni was below the cheese (they call it inside out). The second iteration of the Surgeon was much better, though overall I felt that the pizza was too salty. This was the very first place I came to eat at when I moved to Amarillo the yellow city! We ordered the Kamehameha pizza (which is awesome for all those dragon ball fans!) I didn't think I'd like it so I offered a separate small pizza for myself, which they got wrong & offered to remake for me, but I declined because I actually liked the dragon ball pizza! It's a brick oven style pizza which is my favorite kind so I loved it! But the fiancé did not-he is not a fan, as his favorite pizza is Peter pipers The decor is cute , kinda vintage/gentrified! After a long drive thru some heavy weather, finally arrived in Amarillo and hungry for pizza and beer. Found 575 and thought I'd give them a try, what a great decision. Although off the beaten path and hidden next to a bakery. Walked in and immediately greeted by a nice lady who asked us where we wanted to sit, a nice change from the places where the hostess want you to sit where they want you to. Tired of that! Waiter Chris came by and asked what we wanted to drink and offered great choices on craft beer they serve. Ordered the Mooney Pizza and wow was this absolutely yummy! With the peppercorn it added a hot spicy flavor, great idea. Just a great pizza beer place for a fun gathering of friends. The employees hustled and kept busy taking care of the patrons and keeping the restaurant clean. A true Gem here in Amarillo, love to see them in the DFW area! read more

This place still has great pizza. And for the pizza and service alone, I would give it 4 stars if not 5. But the beer selection used to be so much better. They have some craft beers on tap which are so-so, but they used to have tons of bottled beers. All kinds of stuff you just didn't see anywhere else. These days they have 5 beers on tap and the wine selection is...meh. Also, there is no wine or beer list. So you can't read about what you're getting and you don't know what it'll cost. The pizzas are fantastic no matter what you're in to. I get tired of regular marinara style pizzas but 575 always has something I want to try plus plent of options for you're traditionalists. Plus, if you're in to mood to sip on a beer, cider etc etc etc they have so many fun choices it's always fun going with a go to or trying something new. The menu's are very detailed whether you're getting food or a beer type so you know exactly what you're getting. Just wasn't blown away by the sauce which is a big factor in pizza besides the crust. Tasted like it was from a can with chunks of tomato's on it. So I just wanna thank this place for having vegan options. My wife and I were on a road trip last month to visit some family. This place was on the way so we gave it a try. I got the Spinach and Mushroom pizza with vegan cheese. I devoured that pizza. Crust was really good and the red sauce they use complimented everything very nice. Just had dinner at 585, and noticed the service has dwindled a bit. We observed one server eating behind the bar as she served customers . We noticed because we were sitting at the bar. The sever was also wrapping the silverware as she was taking in a spoon-full a friends blizzard from Dairy Queen - All being witnessed as they were both behind the bar. Wow - what a terrific little pizza place! We were passing through Amarillo and needed a place to grab a quick bite just off of I40 with two of our young grandkids in tow.
