Ok, I get that this is Amarillo, and a lot of these fine folks maybe have never had a good pizza before, but damn y'all, take a trip. This place kinda blows. And anybody who gave this place more than three stars should immediately book a trip to a non s-hole city and eat a pizza there. I'm sorry in advance for the shame you will feel for rating this place above an at home frozen pizza. Also, ITS FRIGGIN WAY OVERPRICED!!

The size of the personal pizza was perfect! I like that it was super loaded with toppings. The dough was light and airy. I also got a sangria to go (6 cup bag). Cons: pepperonis were all burnt (so burnt that they curled up...) and the sangria didn't come with any fruit.

Pizz was handed to door Dasher upside down

Terrible First Experience I placed my first order from 575 Pizzeria through DoorDash, and it was a complete disappointment. When I opened the box, the pizza was completely destroyed -- all the toppings had slid off and it looked like it had been carried upside down. I checked my doorbell camera, and it clearly shows the DoorDash driver handled the box properly, so the damage definitely happened at the restaurant before pickup. When I called to let them know, I was told I had to wait for them to "cancel" the order instead of being offered a quick solution or replacement. Very poor quality control and customer service. I won't be ordering from 575 Pizzeria again.

Custom-made barbecue chicken pizza with goat cheese and onions, perfect land of all flavors highly recommend

Best pizza place in town. We went on a Tuesday night and we had some great entertainment. Great pizza would definitely come back and recommend this pizza place. They make custom-made pizzas. This was hands-down. The best pizza we've ever had at this fair is great service is excellent. Ambience was great.

This is an absolute gem of a local pizza spot. I stopped in tonight for dinner and feel in love with it. First, the food and service were fantastic. The pizza was great and the service as attentive, helpful and polite. Something else that I loved was their setup. They have plenty of traditional seating but if that's not your jam they also have a bar. And at that bar they have a solid drink selection and several TVs. I feel like this would be a great spot to eat some pizza, drink some beer and watch a game. Don't be fooled by the rather lackluster, nondescript exterior. It is absolutely worth a visit. I see myself returning in the very near future.

Nice interior with delicious pizza and service. Will visit again when I'm in town for sure

Triple D with added meatballs. Substituted Roasted Red Pepper for the original Green Peppers.

The pizza is delicious! The gluten free crust is crispy and large enough to make two people a great meal.

Excellent pizza. The service is fantastic. One of my family's favorite pizzas. The oldest brick oven pizza restaurant in Amarillo.

I came in skeptical of the great reviews... and I was wrong. This place was great! While it is counter service, the staff was attentive even when seated, they were helpful and friendly while ordering, and they even seemed to be having a good time doing their jobs well. Its decor is eclectic and the building is nothing to write home about...but... the restaurant is excellent.

I had the imposter with breaded mushrooms. Super crispy Cremini mushrooms with great crunch but the rest was kinda meh, romaine and drizzle of sauce and balsamic. At least with the pickled onions there was a little palate tease. Also tried the Al pastor with jackfruit. Opted for this version on a salad and it's a whopping serving size. Hearty serving of jackfruit with plenty of sauce and dressing. Had nice little nibs of some crunch too. Service was super, super nice. I'd call the inside dive-ish. Totally relaxed and chill ambiance. I'll be back to try more items! My one dislike was that I don't care for the balsamic drizzle on either dish... just doesn't pair well with these flavors. Side of pineapple was yummy to balance the heaviness of both dishes.

We travel through Amarillo regularly almost always stopping at our favorite burger joint in the…read moreworld, Blue Sky Texas. Thankfully, they close on Sunday, allowing us to find this wonderful little gem Girasol Café and Bakery. We had sandwiches on this stop, I had the ham and cheese on a Japanese roll, called the aloha, and my wife had the turkey avocado with homemade chips. Both sandwiches were prepared to perfection. I highly recommend. We also procured several pastries, including an apricot empanada that is baked not fried. Slightly warm, with a cup of coffee it was over-the-top delicious. We took away a lemon square and a granola caramel bar (I forget what the name was) but it didn't make it home, again, unexpectedly delicious. The cinnamon roll was calling feverishly for me, but unfortunately, I didn't try at this time. But the next trip to Amarillo is sooner rather than later so we can make another trip to Girasol Café and Bakery. I can't end this review without mentioning how friendly and accommodating the staff are. We we interacted with at least three, and I can say I truly felt I was appreciated as a customer at this place. Each one of them demonstrated a genuine interest in us and the enjoyment of their preparations of our food. The place is small, but on nice days they can double in size with their outside patio

While we were able to eat quickly, the food was meh and the outdoor eating area smelled like sh*t so we relocated inside. I ordered biscuits and gravy with jalapeño bacon. I LOVED the jalapeño bacon. But neither the biscuits nor the gravy tasted good. The biscuits were more like crackers--hard rather than fluffy. And biscuits (plural) is a bit misleading because it's one biscuit sliced in half and soaked in gravy. Chick-Fil-A makes tastier biscuits. But we visited this place on a Sunday and, unfortunately, Chick-Fil-A was closed. It comes with eggs, but I didn't eat the eggs because they looked like the powdered variety instead of real, whole eggs. My husband wanted a croissant but was told it would take 30 minutes to bake. Maybe we're impatient, but that seemed unreasonable for a "bakery" that had been open for a few hours at that point. So he settled for the smothered burrito. He didn't like that concotion either. The passionfruit teas we ordered were small but good, but not good enough for a return visit. $35 wasted.
