They also make the best sangria this side of the Iberian Peninsula. I always pair my pizza with a small Greek salad--it's a flavor bomb. Fresh lettuce and tomato, a generous portion of Kalamata olives, and a side of homemade pita is a perfect segue into one of their MANY amazing pies. Killer pizza, great beers, and sometimes live music. It's definitely a place where you can blow some steam off and chill out for a few hours. Staff is always friendly and make sure you have a great time. My personal favorite spot is at the bar so I can drink my way through all the beers. This place is meant for small get togethers with up to 4 people as I only saw a wall of tables, yet they could have a back room I was not aware of. The waitress was attentive, and she even gave us the recommendation of putting honey on the pizza... which I tried and... it was deliciously weird. Staff are attentive and caring, food is delectable, and atmosphere is that of a modern chic but dimmed down for what I call the "Amarillo Vibe." We did a half and half pizza of the "Charlie Daniels" & "KAMEHAMEHA" I loved the Charlie Daniels and my husband loved the KAMEHAMEHA so it worked out for us both. Super fast service and super kind folks. The only complaint I have about this place is the tables are super close together and you feel like it's a table for 4 instead of 2. After a long hike, we wanted pizza and beer; there were two places, both with good reviews, to choose from. 575 won because of the way they described their crust (thin and crispy) and how they sprinkle cheese on their pizza (as opposed to overpowering it). We chose well! 575 is located in an unassuming strip mall but the ambience is cozy. We were immediately welcomed and the service was great. Pizzas are offered in three sizes and there is a huge variety to choose from. I recommend the extra small (6 slices) for one person. I ordered the Squillace (white pizza with mozzarella and Parmesan, sun dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers and fresh basil) but subbed kalamata olives for portabella mushrooms. Large selection of beer (about a half dozen on tap plus many bottle/can selections) plus wine. I ordered a blueberry sour which was good although I wouldn't order it again. Our waitress offered to bring a different one. The benefit of ordering the extra small pizza was having room for dessert; the cannolis (filling made in house) were delicious. Just picked up a pizza that we requested vegan gluten free which this establishment doesn't have but told us that we were receiving, We were told the gluten free crust was vegan . So not only were we lied to , we were charged 17$+ for a personal pizza with 6 tiny slices. We found 575 Pizzeria via Yelp and were weary, but we were pleasantly surprised. The food was out in no time. The pizzas had very fresh toppings and the tomato sauce was very tasty. They even sold me a six pack of Dogfish head at retail. This is probably our go to stop in Amarillo from now on. read more

Good food but the staff is rude and not kid friendly at all. Sat us in the very last table In the back last time and ignored my child and I and acted put out when I asked for a high chair. They ignored us the entire time, they had three other tables besides us in the entire restaurant. I felt very unwelcome. My friend and I went back. She has a little too. The guy was almost rude when we asked if we could scoot a table a little to put the two hair chairs where we could reach them, instead of across the table from us. One side of seats was a booth so putting a high chair beside each of us wouldn't work. He finally said yeah thats fine whatever and walked off. So I guess they don't like little kids there and I won't be back. The seating there is uncomfortable and cramped for an adult, even the bar area is cramped to sit at. We had an amazing experience. Traveling from Santa Fe back to Dallas and stopped in based on gluten free options and great reviews. Phenomenal. Friendly staff. Helpful with our young children.
