However, if I had "more than a couple" of sips of "Juice" down a "dark Homestead highway" and want to be a responsible driver I will let someone share Beyonce with me. I heard about RedCap from Brenda P. and Glenn G. when I asked how they partied in Miami when living in the 954. Basically this company will send a driver to your location, and drive you in your car to either your home or a nearby 24 hour restaurant to get some carbs in your system. Similar to the other car sharing companies I've used, my driver (Jack Topel) was friendly and a great conversationalist as well as very punctual. He arrived at the party site a little before the scheduled appointment, and waited an extra 15 minutes when the event ran over the scheduled time. Between that service, and avoiding a weekend under unpleasant circumstances, I would have to say RedCap is very much worth the price!

What I Like: ...the app is very convenient ...the drivers are clean and wearing uniforms ...the convenience - they are mostly within 5 minutes of a pick up time ...the sms follow up, before and after the ride ...tipping is included ...door to door service ...management is extremely responsive and professional. Redcap is not inexpensive, but is is less than taking a round trip taxi service - and certainly less than a DUI. Where is gets really costly is when you keep the driver after hours. I recommend taking a big car, that fits 6 - and splitting the cost among everyone. That way the $35 cost to the beach costs only a fraction of that. I have recommended the service to many friends and they all feel pretty much the same - RedCap is great!!!

The process of getting the estimate was pretty easy, mostly because my girl knew the owner's daughter. She was upfront with the price, which I loved. I needed the job done quick since it was December and I had a Christmas party the following day, and that I cannot complain for they had it done really quick. Since I never really had any body work done to my car I am not familiar with prices but they did charge me $250 for a whole panel (look at first pic ). After picking it up since I was in a hurry I didn't really checked that everything looked perfect, and hey did messed up my tail light, which I immediately contacted them to get it fixed but I never went through with it. Fast forward 2017 ( first job was done in 2016) i got hit in the back by a girl and my car ended with an imperfection in the back, two wholes from her front license plate frame that are insignificant, contacted them for an estimate but this time it wasn't the owner's daughter. Unfortunately she had moved to another location and the estimate I got was too high for my liking about $500. I have not gotten it fixed but most likely I will shop around if I ever decide to. The quality of their work is not the best but they are fast and will fix any problems you have after they are done.

I was quoted $1154 for the base (cheapest paint) with a few added parts that I brought to replace and a dent on the rear and choose the no warranty option. Grated I've had a car painted by them and came out OK. Please do your research and get multiple quotes from different places and don't give up and settle for this place. I'll start with the only good part of my experience which was the office staff. They are all great people and don't deserve the crap work that comes out of this place. Now the bad. I dropped off the car and took a little over a week to get back. Expecting that they had extra time to work on the car it should've came out good.... Boy was i wrong.... Not sure if this is on purpose but they tend to give you the car dirty and really cant see any imperfections till it's washed. Once i washed it the first time i noticed everything wrong. I will add pictures (some other damages like drips and incorrect tapping not pictured) but to not make this review so long lets say i ended up taking the car back 2 extra times to get repairs and had to take ubers every time also with gas driving to the location totaled over $150 and nothing was offered other than to just make the repairs. At this point the car still looks like trash, dull, orange peel, stains, and marks everywhere. They will paint parts that were not supposed to be painted and there solution is "oh we can paint it with matt black" and the lack of proper prep work(taping and covering)is insane. I don't know who they get to work on these cars but a 5 year old can do be better job. At this point. I probably would've been better off wrapping the car. Please avoid this place!

I was the only drop off for my destination. What really earned this experience 2 stars is the driver saying "You know we do accept tips here" as I was adjusting my suitcases. Tip culture is out of hand. This service is complimentary to the hotel I booked. I actually didn't have cash on me. To feel pressured to tip does not sit well with me. I gave my last two ones I had and he seemed ungrateful after the soft begging for a tip. Luckily I won't be needing or using this service again.
