    Chicken Brushetta Cheesesteak
    Kathea S.

We had to escape from the Great Wolf chaos and I found this gem. I wasn't sure what to expect and going at night didn't give justice to the great location. There were nice Xmas lights outside too. We walked in and could tell there was a party going on in a big private room. But there were plenty of tables available. Great beer selection. I loved their system of using a card and pulling as much or as little as you want from the wall. Makes it less daunting to try things since you can get just a taste, a full pour or something in between. They had a great sour and my hubby tried several others. The food was amazing. Seriously. I got the chicken bruschetta cheesesteak and sweet fancy Moses was it good. Hubby got the wrap and clear his plate. Our kid and his bestie got chicken tenders bc kids. But ate well. They were also cool about letting us do cake and candles. Yes, my 10 year old had his bday cake in a brewery....it wasn't the first time. This is a little far for us but absolutely must go if in the area. They should offer a discount to people with GWL bands. It was nice to get out of there for a bit.

What a beautiful place! Many doors and rooms. Went on a rainy day so we sat inside. The food was separated from bar to order. We split a burger and nachos. I loved the cheese on the nachos. The burger was great but I could have eaten my own! Only one bartender but that was ok as you can pour your own at the beer wall! She made me a bourbon smash and it was delicious!! Wish it were closer.

Outstanding event!! We were here for a beer drinking event. We were VIP so that gave you a separate section with our own bartender and separate restrooms. We had a chance to meet the freakshow deluxe staff upclose and personal. The area indoors where the VIP section was very comfortable. Numerous tables, with a sofa for your comfort. Several of the beers I tried was refreshing. The Korean pork Belly was to die for! I even liked the coleslaw. The food was sold separately. Definitely worth it. The show was very entertaining. They asked for volunteers during their showtime. I actually became one of them. Loved every minute of it. They waited till night time before doing the fire eating trick. The entertainment portion was held outside. What a way to bring out my Saturday night. ( Loved it) Highly recommend checking them out. The Freakshow Deluxe is on facebook and they travel nationwide. Definitely check out the brewery. They also have a local band daily for entertainment.

Had the pleasure of attending a special catered party here and the food was amazing!! The bar cards to be able to sample a brew before getting a whole mug is ingenious!! The bar staff were friendly and the wine was tasty as well!! prices reasonable, new menu is interesting i miss the duck fries though . The side party rooms ate adorable and had their own bathrooms (well ours did anyway) and they were so clean!! The whole place was neat and clean and well run! Kudos to management! Cant wait to go back!

Great food and beer selection. The staff was great and I would definitely recommend checking them out!

Babes review: Good food but that's where the thoughtfulness ends. They had no vibe or atmosphere. The outdoor seating had no plants/flowers or decorations so i was just sitting there, sweat dripping, fighting off the flies and other creatures bombarding me and my wings (where moist towlettes wouldve been nice). An outdoor fan and some decor would go a long way. The inside is also an odd setup, having to stand behind people trying to enjoy their food and drinks while i try to get a drink myself. More of a bar setup than a brewery which is another vibe killer. The beer was good, food was pretty good but atmosphere killed it for me. I'd try it again in a year and hopefully they figure things out. 2/5 stars Mine: Food was banging, but yeah there was no vibe. Awful setup. Surprisingly few options for drinks, if you're a sour fan this isn't the place. The sangria was nice, but overpriced for what it was. 3.5/5 so we are compromising on 3 stars.

Perryville (brisket sandwich with coleslaw) and Kolsh

It is very clear this is a brewery. Obviously, since it is in the name. What I mean by this is their focus is on the beer and not on the food. Both beers, the Kolsh and the IPA, I had, ate pretty good - well balance and smooth drinking, but definitely not the best I've had from small breweries. The food on the other hand is good, but the price point could be improved. $12.99 is kind of high for just a sandwich, even a good sandwich. Value added would be good, such as a side of fries. The sandwich taste is good and I really enjoyed the brisket and coleslaw combination. I'd definitely get that again. As for atmosphere, it is very loud. The space could use some sound dampening panels. I can't even imagine what it sounded like on opening day and here I am posting this at 1 pm on the second day open. Overall, really good place to hand out and enjoy a brew or two. It's clear 5th Compnay brewery thought this place out for optimal customer experience. But there is definitely some room for improvement in terms of food price point, atmosphere, and beer variety. I look forward to visiting again and seeing what they do!

Can you say beer wall? I'm a dark beer fan and they have a great selection! The wall was really fun, no waiting in line at the bar for your drinks. Food was excellent. I had the burger with pastrami. Inside is decent size. Can't wait to come back when the weather is nice and bring the dog!

Impromptu, post bicycling through Perryville, I wasn't sure if it was open at 4p on a Sunday afternoon in May. Few cars in lot and no movement outside,,I ventured in because I was hungry It's a brewery, duh. And serves food. I chose the Route 7: chopped ribeye sub, and Alabama coleslaw. Sub was delish (I added jalapeños) and I could only eat half. Very tender, tomato jam was a nice flavor, and the bun was soft with just enough chew. I'm from Alabama so not sure why they called it "Alabama coleslaw", but it's ok...they've added some very mild seasoning to give it a kick..but it's seriously mild Looks like it probably is a popular place on the earlier part of a weekend, and maybe evenings. Lots of beer options, brewed here. Wanting something tart, the Pina colada sour was recommended and hit the spot! Pleasant enough locale. The cork board mentions quite a few varying activities here...I may need to comeback Lol. After eating and reading reviews I had to go back in and look for the beer wall! Most interesting. U start a tab, get a special card, tap above the beer you want, and you are charged by the ounce. Pretty cool idea..no line no waiting The barkeep says they've only been here 9mths. Hopefully they'll stick around

It was cool to see many people of all ages enjoying themselves on a beautiful day. There was a band while we were there and we enjoyed listening to them while we ate and drank our beers. I'd like to go back to see how their beer rotations change; they didn't have some of my favorite styles, but still was able to find one I liked! Overall, this was a cool spot and loved reading about the history of the farm and family on their website. I'll definitely return next time I'm in the area!

It was only another 15 minutes past Herr's and the reviews were stellar. We ordered some beers, it's really refreshing to see breweries that brew for the season, not just pump out hazy IPAs. We ordered a brown ale and a red ale, both were top notch! So glad I remembered to grab our growler before we left the house. We were able to take home a delicious 64oz of beer to have later. I ordered the chicken and waffles... One of the best versions of this classic I've had. Came with a blueberry sauce and the hostess suggested I get some hot sauce too... Perfect sweet, spicy, crunchy chicken over a pillowy waffle. Daughter got the kids chicken sandwich and everyone else got specials. It was a delicious meal. Nothing fancy but really tasty. They had trivia going on the big projector but we didn't partake. They had a small stage with toys on it where my daughter played and did some coloring before our food came out. The staff was super friendly, and was able to satisfy all of our questions about the menu and offer suggestions when people were on the fence. I do not see us coming back often however if we are even remotely close to the bog turtle I'm going to be sure we stop in!

It was like a superstar of a drink. It was also very popular among all the girls wearing cute summer dresses, who I'm guessing were there for an engagement party or something. Most of my party got burgers, although my mom got the chicken pesto sandwich and said it was great. We all loved our burgers. I got the bacon Gouda burger, which I highly recommend.
