We were able to pay online; the quote we were given in advance was 100% accurate, something I've heard some other waste removal companies struggle with. The truck was delivered on a Friday, and picked up again on the following Monday, which was very convenient for us. I had been nervous about lifting heavy material up into a dumpster but it was actually the back of a truck, with a ramp, which was a super user-friendly arrangement. Anthony recycled the metal we had put in one corner as he recommended, and sent us a bill for the disposal fee on the tires we had collected - smaller than we expected and very affordable. I explained that I was expecting an estimate and that I'd be going out of state for two weeks and hoped the estimate would arrive by the time I got back. it did, and I had questions, so I called back. The woman who answered the phone seemed confounded by my request and said I needed to sign the contract and send it back. I explained again that I had questions that needed to be answered first.
