I wanted to go look at gun options and while my politics do not align with the detritus on the front of the building, everyone is entitled to a political opinion... But then I saw the mask signs. I am immune compromised and I understand that protecting myself is my own responsibility, but I have to wear a mask EVERYWHERE. It doesn't endanger you or anyone for me to do so. It started well with the outside "decorations", but the book doesn't match its cover unfortunately. The staff is composed of the classic mix of 70+ year- old Fudd and the 40-something rude dude too busy on his phone to even make eye contact or acknowledge clientele A bunch of used low-end 1911, a few used Taurus and a couple of accessories, along with a dozen or so mediocre rifles, some blemished Palmetto parts and some bulk ammo boxes is all you will find in this sad-looking place. It's unfortunately the all too common small gun shop complaining about the big outfits crushing them but making absolutely zero effort doing anything different or better Even basic human contact and friendly attitude would be a plus, we're supposed to be on the same side of 2A! Purchased a gun at this business last year. Went there today to make a purchase. I entered without my mask and once in the doorway, and once the three guys working there looked up to see my face, I asked if I could wear my mask in the store as I'm high risk. I was told no. So instead of getting my business today, I went down the street to Merrimack Fire Arms at 280 DW Hwy where my mask was a non issue. read more

Decent selection of guns and accessories. However, they portray gun owners in a bad light with their ignorance. They will not let you shop the store if you have a mask on for safety. They seem to think because it's a gun store that the masks pose some type of threat. For Gods sake it's not a bank. Even banks serve customers that wear masks. As an avid sportsman and gun owner. Went in with a friend and naturally due to Covid we were wearing our masks to reduce spread of the virus. Upon entering the guy at the counter barks no masks allowed in our shop. We apologized for not seeing their sign outside as their shop is well decorated on the outside and a eye full for sure which I'm a fan of. But upon browsing their entire store is pretty much for NH residents only which is insane to me. Why single out customers who want to give you business and possibly future customers. My friend and I were given an unfriendly glare the entire time we were in the store and only one employee was decent enough to show me one item. To sum it up they are very arrogant for the most part and have horrible customer service. read more

Gun selection is practically non-existent. Maybe three or four racks, Most of everything is "Private Collection, not for sale" which turns this place into a museum rather than a gun store but what do I know. Ammo selection is the redeeming grace about this place. A lot of ammo selection for milsurp and modern rifles. read more

I have bought ammunition and one firearm here in the past. The service is ok, once you get their attention. Their ammo selection is very good, as is their prices. They have their political opinions and while extreme to some, they still have the right to express them even if you are offended. If they trigger your sorry regressive snowflake a$$ you so you are butthurt, well good (Let the Butthurt flow through you!). Scamper off to your safe space now... I personally don't share their opinions, but they have the right to express them as stated before. This is still a Constitutional Republic, and we remain a free people despite the nefarious workings of the District of Criminals, Swamp Critters and beltway bandits. We still have a 1st Amendment with free speech and a 2nd Amendment to protect the other amendments in this country against those who would take away those rights. If you don't like their politics, then take your business elsewhere. My dad has been encouraging me to get a gun for our hunting trips up in Plymouth. So after reading all of these awesome reviews, I walked into 619 for the first time with the help of my fiancé (as I know nothing about firearms) and picked out a gorgeous Glock 20, despite the attempts of being talked out of it just about the entire time by the gentlemen working the store and not being asked why I even wanted one. It's beautiful but it's a little big so I came back the following day to get a smaller one while picking up my Glock. I figured since I already have one perfect for bears, why not another? My fiancé accompanied me again as he usually does when we go out and we received the most amazing customer service from Dennis. He was so kind and personable. Dennis actually provided me helpful information. I tried very hard to pay attention to him but I was very distracted by the other gentleman whispering about me and my fiancé while we were IN the store like we couldn't hear! I heard them asking each other who he was to me yet no one approached me to ask me who he was to me. I would've happily introduced the love of my life to them! So despite that small lack of professionalism from his co-workers, Dennis was amazing at helping me pick out a second firearm. As he was going to run the check on it, he was stopped. I was told that they were not going to sell me the second gun because they "just had a feeling" and then looked at my fiancé who was the only colored man in the store. I wasn't even mad about it but I was disappointed. I would've liked to have known a legitimately based reason as my background check was clean. My fiancé was just as baffled as he is a gun owner himself and had never seen a female be denied a gun simply because she was accompanied by her life partner. Nevertheless, Dennis was so knowledgeable and you could tell he really cares about the safety of others. Any gun shop would be lucky to have someone like Dennis who engages customers and tries to bring business to the store instead of turning them away! A guy I know personally has purchased more than one firearm from 619. As a woman, I would've loved the same opportunity. read more
