Second time caller same wonderful food and service. We landed here as they had a dog friendly patio. Additionally it was half price sushi night. The Spicy Tuna and cream cheese Salmon roll add jalapeños was the perfect amount. The table shared the crab rangoon and spring rolls (that mustard was excellent!) both were solid appetizer choices. We were referred here by a local. But I wasn't thrilled with the place. The building and the atmosphere was cool, the service was nice but the food was subpar. My hubby got drunken noodles which he said was okay. I got the burger with mashed potatoes. The burger was dry and lacking in flavor - it tasted odd and I barely had two bites before I left it on the plate. The potatoes were just ok. Maybe it's just me, but I think either do American food and do it well or do Asian food and nail it, but this fusion left me In con-fusion. That's a no for me dawg! On the last stop of Earth Day in Bristol Tennessee, me and my wife decide to stop here to grab some dinner. We were able to get a seat without any issues. This place happened to be pretty packed as well. Staff was absolutely friendly, our waiter seemed a bit exhausted just because of all the people he was dealing with but he was doing a great job. He was helpful at helping us point out stuff on the menu and asking our questions. Food menu was absolutely affordable which is awesome. They even have some non-alcoholic drink options too. I ordered a burger with a side of fries. The food did take a while to make but it was all worth the wait! This place could cater to large groups of parties. Clean restrooms. Tasty menu with lots of variety! I went here on a weekend night and was lucky enough to be seated right away. We were told there was going to be a 15 min wait, but we're seated with five minutes. We got crab Rangoon, which was delicious. The portion was fairly small for the price. But, fortunately main courses followed soon after. I got the pad thai and it was really tasty. I chose tofu as the protein, and they went fairly light on the tofu. Also, I'm used to my pod Thai having a few more bells and whistles, like more greens, sprouts, and more than one lime wedge. But, it's on me for not requesting extras of those things. I ate all of my food. The portion was just right for a sit down meal and that worked well for me because as a tourist who was bopping around town, I did not want to have a to go box. Service was friendly and attentive. The place was pretty big and fairly loud, but the tables were spaced well between each other so we weren't impacted by the noise on either side. If you're trying to find a place that multiple people will agree on, this isn't a bad choice because they have a variety of different cuisines. Overall, I would definitely stop back at some point, though I might not seek it out as my top choice for a place to eat in the area. read more

The signature app is the crab Rangoon which I can agree was really good. The hamburger was a hamburger- nothing special. The beer flight was good. The fries apparently sat under the heat lamp for a while before they got to me because they were stale and cold. Service was catered towards locals, which is good because that's the bread and butter for the server. Peeling them away to get service was not easy and the place was not that busy. This was my first visit- maybe I hit this spot on an off night but I was not impressed. read more

Great food and fair prices! Our server Kasey was very helpful, hardworking and super nice!! Wife had the Smothered Chicken Grilled breast, Swiss cheese, applewood bacon.... wow!! So many flavors!! I had the " Hamburg Steak " with Mashed potatoes, mushrooms, onions & demi-glaze w/ Texas toast. This was nowhere near what I expected when I dine at 620. We had a party of four and wanted to have a nice dinner before a show at the Hard Rock. Unfortunately that wasn't the case at all. It took quite a while for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, the meals were cold. In addition, one of the orders was incorrect. Unfortunately, this made the overall dining experience frustrating and not what we expected. My wife and I had burgers and the bun was cold and hard. The fries were also cold and nobody eats cold fries. One of the burgers was incorrect even though the server put our order in correctly. Another guest in our party order the salmon and it was also cold. I understand that restaurants can get busy, and mistakes can happen. I didn't have time to speak to a manager as we were pressed for time to make a 8:00 show. I have reached out to 620 via email but have not heard back from them yet. I know this is not the experience Raphael wants his customers to have. I'm now done with 620 but will continue to frequent The Label in Johnson City. I have never had a bad experience there. read more

Really loved the food here, we almost passed the entrance. You go inside where it looks like a long hallway. It's right on the left hand side and I will add there is a company right across from them that put out some kind of beautiful smell. It smelled like a citrus orange the entire hallway smelled so good. It was our first time there and the food was really amazing. We had the Fried green tomatoes it was a hit for my boyfriend, I tried a wavy haze no acholic beverage it's very strong and wasn't my cup of tea lol...but I was curious and now I know. Moving on to the food I had the Tofu Fried Rice and it was really good and my boyfriend had a lamb dish ( his plate was clean ) like nothing was left. Trendy spot in downtown Bristol on the main drag. I love that it's located in a historic building, yet the restaurant is large with ultra modern appeal. And they have booths. Gotta love a large booth. We were on a road trip through Tennessee the first week of January and stopped in Bristol for food and lodging. I found 620 State on Yelp and saw they had vegan options and were open past 9pm, so we headed directly here as we ended travels for the day. All vegan options are under the "rice and noodles" portion of the menu. I had the spicy noodles and it was OK, but I can't say I'd be compelled under ordinary circumstances to return for this... It was mainly just noodles and tofu and could have benefitted from some additional vegetables. I ordered a side of broccoli for more nutritional heft. Our server was lovely. She was very attentive and offered a box as I had more than half of the noodles left but we were back on the road and I can't do leftover noodles (I'm an al dente addict). read more

I dined in on a Saturday evening and even though this restaurant is large, it was packed. It was a 20 min wait for a table but I managed to get a seat at the bar. I ordered the edamame, tuna tataki, which came with a seaweed salad, and a spicy tuna roll. My food was out in around 10 minutes, and my water cup was regularly refilled--excellent service for being so busy. Everything was good and portions were very generous--perhaps too generous! Located in downtown Bristol, this restaurant can only be described by one word: enigma. The menu is eclectic and is as diverse as the UN, the cuisine spans cultures and includes food from queso dip to sushi. We went on Sushi night, which happens every Tuesday. On said night, all sushi is 50% off. You would think that a menu with a dedicated sushi section and a special sushi night would have some decent sushi. We should've known when we walked into the wood paneled restaurant that sushi was not the best idea. The sushi kind of fell apart and the rice was a little dry and old tasting. The saving Grace of the meal was the drunken noodles. While the characteristic spice and basil was missing, the noodles did have a lot of flavor and had nice texture. I feel like this restaurant could've been very good, we just made a mistake with the sushi order itself. read more

Good food for this region and great atmosphere. Came here early dinner Sunday before the comedy show in the same building. We had some of the specials including the lamp appetizers. Perfectly cooked and seared w a tasty reduction sauce. Calamari was delicious too w the dips. Burger was good w thick bacon and fries were the best--Parmesan garlic flavored along w a chipotle sauce. The sushi was meh--fresh but rice was mushy like at the grocery store sushi. Tried the special dessert churros w ice cream which was fantastic. All in all, like their other restaurants (Label. We went to 620 State street because it is the only sushi restaurant near our home. We like the sports bar / restaurant type atmosphere. They have a great selection of bourbons and cocktails. Their staff is always very caring and takes care of our needs! Our sushi last night was not as good as it was the last time we were there. The tuna had a grey color and was mushy, which is not a good sign. It tasted ok once I got past the texture. However the 620 rolls were great and the drunken noodle was good. I recommend 620 but would ask how fresh their fish is when ordering. read more
