They didn't tell me my price was going to be so low because I wasn't getting the right screen for my phone. They put on a regular LCD screen which made my phone screen yellow (nearly impossible to use in the day), fingerprint sensor unreadable & I'm unable to put my phone on speaker and have a Convo. If they would have told me I I was getting the job for cheap because they were using the wrong product (My phone required an AMOLED screen), I could've made the right choice for me. I could've visited another repair shop in the mall and paid $120 to fix my screen the right way instead of having to buy a new screen online for $120 and now paying more. I asked why the back of my phone wasn't glued back right, they tried to blame me for it, that I dropped it after ... Which I never did when it was in my purse and then my night stand. Never out of my bag. THEN when I mentioned that they used the wrong things and asked for them to make it right they said "our supplier doesn't carry the screen replacements for the AMOLED. Every person there is great-respectful, honest, and sometimes even funny. They actually communicate with you and tell you usually within a half hour how long something will take to fix. And here's a shocker for Seattle, they'll tell you if they've encountered another problem that may take longer/and or that it wouldn't be worth fixing. The bottom line is, if I could build a large company that fixes devices, I would start with Jet City as the model, and build every store exactly like it. He also was nice enough to not only replace my battery but seriously hook me up with a portable hard drive to extract the music from my iPod that wasn't showing up on my computer for whatever reason. I really thanked him for that, cause most of those songs are rare & hard to find. All of this was done in a timely manner, in it all taking about a week in total & costed me just under 200 but was well worth it! By 10pm I noticed that the phone wouldn't charge anymore, not through wire, not through wireless charging. I am a business owner and I need my phone all the time, so I was pretty freaked out. We looked around and found this guy, iDriveToYouFixIt, apparently open until 11pm. On a FRIDAY NIGHT, at 10.30pm, this guy drove across two neighborhoods to meet me at my house. Grabs my phone and goes to his car, opens and diagnoses it on the spot, comes back and let's me know that just a little contact to the battery had fallen off. Not a broken battery or charging port or anything worse as I feared, but just this little thing. So he goes and fixes that right there, clears out some gunk around the front camera (that had apparently built up from a previous front glass repair at a crappy repair shop), cleans up the charging port while he's at it, and replaces the back plate with a brand new one, all within 45 minutes - and hands me back a fully functioning, in fact improved phone and then charges Uber Reasonably!! Instant fat tip, instant mega appreciation, and 5 star review. I couldn't tip as much as I wanted but trust me, I'll leave 5 star reviews everywhere and drum up his business as much as I can and make all my friends and family use his service, he deserves it. Once he saw he wasn't getting his way, I just handed him the phone and showed him a screenshot of the issue. His entire attitude shifted, and he completely went back on what was promised over the phone. He ran a quick scan and claimed he couldn't do anything if the bug wasn't happening right at that exact moment. We all know bugs don't appear on command without spending actual time with a device. He refused to perform the backup and wipe service I was ready to pay for, completely wasting my time after telling me to come in.
