The lettuce wraps lacked flavor though the lettuce was fresh. The hot and sour soup also wasn't as flavorful as expected and did not have any heat to it. Ribs were decent, but wings dry and overcooked. I am shocked by the response to what seems like a reasonable request. I paid for something I didn't get and felt I should've gotten a partial refund.
