Hidden gem for sure. Not your typical menu, seems to be a fusion of sorts. So don't expect…read moretraditional Vietnamese items, it's more creative. Service was fast, friendly and welcoming. The inside was vey inviting and tastefully decorated. We had the Beef Bulgogi Bao, this was really yummy. The bao was soft and delightful. The beef had a sweet bulgogi glaze that worked really well with it. The rest of the toppings added a nice balance without overpowering the meat. My only wish was that it was 4 baos and not two since they are so small. The highlight was the Firecracker Shrimp. Be warned this is not a spicy dish like you might think from the name. The crispy shrimp was crunchy and not soggy at all, it felt pretty clean and not greasy. It came with salad, rice and a spicy soy sauce and it was just so good. With 12 shrimp, it's definitely shareable between 2 people. Lastly we had the Vietnamese iced coffee which was $6. It tasted like Ovaltine and was mostly ice with just a few sips. I wouldn't recommend it unless the cup size is increased or the price is decreased. So overall, it's a bit pricey. The menu was also a little confusing. We checked online prior to coming and they had a lot of stuff but when at the restaurant, there were only a few items listed which caught us off guard. We actually ended up ordering the wrong item (firecracker shrimp when we actually wanted dynamite shrimp, ultimately it worked out cuz it was delicious but the problem still stands). So those are the only cons I can think off. Other than that, The place was fantastic. Did not think Hutto would have a place of this caliber. We will be back to try the rest of the items, it all looked so good. Definitely will be a repeat customer. 4.5 stars rounded up for now.

Ordering was easy…read moreand food was ready on arrival (before the projected pick up time) I ordered the yellow curry- super flavorful and right amount of spice however the potatoes were a little undercooked and tasted odd. The drunken noodles were good however the spice level was a little off from what I expected. The crab rangoons were great I loved the texture of the wrapper and flavor of the filling! Mango sticky rice was on point! Will definitely be back soon!

But today I went with the Chef's special "Spaghetti Kee Mao". She was a spicy one, but oh so good! Can't say I ever had a bad dish here. Service has always been solid and friendly. The restaurant is well situated, clean and not overly noisy. This is one restaurant I hope to visit for years to come. Thank you Thai Spoon!!! They also have in house ice cream (mango, coconut and Thai tea). We tried coconut and mango which were superb. We will try the Thai tea next. Also able to order to go incase you are full as servings are quite large. We did make a reservation to accommodate an elderly in-law. They kept us a booth open despite us running a tad behind and some other customers try to take it. Very grateful!!

I had the escalor civiche which was great texture and pretty good flavor but not sure I would order it again. 3.5/5 The tuna tower and fried jalapeños were delightful, loved the wontons served w/ the tower. - 5/5 the happy hour isn't really much of a discount for most food items, I think I saved around 2-4$s. seating avaliable at the sushi bar, booths , and 3 private rooms that can serve as a private event area for up to - 25? Worth the price in my opinion - Korean Ramen (1/5) - highly recommend to NOT order this unless you want to pay $15 for instant ramen. I was completely baffled when my order came out and I saw that the dish was instant noodles with half an egg. It even came with the ingredients you get in the little pack for instant ramen. If it looks and tastes like instant ramen, it's instant ramen. Totally not worth $15. If I ever return, I'll either get their bento boxes or try their sushi instead. They do get a bonus point from me for accommodating us even though we came in just before their afternoon break.
