Spice jar fusion kitchen has something for everyone. While its foundation maybe Indian cuisine, some of the fusion options will allow you to venture into something new with a little comfort of something you already know! I have tried many of the items, but can't seem to call one a favorite as each has its purpose. You need spice, or do you want something NY more mild, want something familiar or brand new? It's all there. I'd recommend starting with silver spoon rolls, paneer was mild while the chicken was spicy. Or if you want something heavier, try the chicken burrito. Either way, you'll leave full and satisfied!

We had fusion appetizers and snacks as well! After a long time, we had great fusion food... If you ask me, I am writing down my recommendations below: 1. Chipotle style paneer burrito 2. Pizza Dosa 3. Pani Puri (especially their chutney) 4. Samosa Burger (If you wanna try something new) 5. Goli Soda (If you wanna try something new.. it's a completely new concept ) 6. Silver spoon chicken roll 7. Papdi Chaat ( I loved it, because it was filled with chaat and I am kinda obsessed with that!!!) 8. Strawberry Falooda Drink (Oh-my-God) I will give a huge shoutout to the owner...She is a mom of three kiddos and a full-time entrepreneur who manages everything by herself!! When I visited her food truck, I saw her jumping here and there - managing customers with a smile, taking online orders with a smile and helping her friend cum cook...! You should definitely give this place a try!

Amazing indo-American fusion food, great food truck location, nice covered seating area. Check out the bhuna goat and chicken dum biryani!

Hidden gem for sure. Not your typical menu, seems to be a fusion of sorts. So don't expect…read moretraditional Vietnamese items, it's more creative. Service was fast, friendly and welcoming. The inside was vey inviting and tastefully decorated. We had the Beef Bulgogi Bao, this was really yummy. The bao was soft and delightful. The beef had a sweet bulgogi glaze that worked really well with it. The rest of the toppings added a nice balance without overpowering the meat. My only wish was that it was 4 baos and not two since they are so small. The highlight was the Firecracker Shrimp. Be warned this is not a spicy dish like you might think from the name. The crispy shrimp was crunchy and not soggy at all, it felt pretty clean and not greasy. It came with salad, rice and a spicy soy sauce and it was just so good. With 12 shrimp, it's definitely shareable between 2 people. Lastly we had the Vietnamese iced coffee which was $6. It tasted like Ovaltine and was mostly ice with just a few sips. I wouldn't recommend it unless the cup size is increased or the price is decreased. So overall, it's a bit pricey. The menu was also a little confusing. We checked online prior to coming and they had a lot of stuff but when at the restaurant, there were only a few items listed which caught us off guard. We actually ended up ordering the wrong item (firecracker shrimp when we actually wanted dynamite shrimp, ultimately it worked out cuz it was delicious but the problem still stands). So those are the only cons I can think off. Other than that, The place was fantastic. Did not think Hutto would have a place of this caliber. We will be back to try the rest of the items, it all looked so good. Definitely will be a repeat customer. 4.5 stars rounded up for now.

Chinese Xi-An region cuisine…read more - classic stewed pork w/ handmade bread 9/10: meat was juicy and flavorful, the handmade bread also tastes similar to ones I had in Xi An! I recommend giving this a try!! - Stir-fried handmade noodles with cumin marinated beef 7/10: chewy noodles, very cumin-y beef, the flavors are strong and its good BUT it doesn't compare to another xi-an restaurant in austin.... - cumin marinated lamb with handmade biang biang noodles 8/10: yummy noodles, i don't think they put enough spices and hot oil because the "sauce oil" would not mix and spread so some noodles were flavorless.  Service was fast and the restaurant was clean!

Mongolian beef 10/10- sauce was delicious, portion good, no bad chewy pieces, onions done to perfection. Hot and sour soup 8/10- good portion since it was slightly higher priced for the small size, I wish the flavor and spice were a bit stronger. Had good vegetables in it Orange chicken 9/10- chicken was fried perfectly and sauce was fresh, wish the broccoli was a bit more dine. Fried rice was good Dumplings 1000/10- the best thing in this order. Big, hand made you could tell my the perfect texture, and the start was the perfectly spicy, tangy, oily sauce that I wanted to put a straw in and a drink straight. Saving it to make chili oil eggs! The food took quite a bit of time to be made but it was SO FRESH I don't care. Can't wait to try more!

Since ownership changed, so has quality. I usually dine in. There is food splattered on the walls adjacent to the tables. I noted lil greasy hand prints on the mirror the last time I was there...and they were still there. 7 weeks later. There is no table service aside from bringing food out. It's a choose your own adventure when getting your own utensils, You order and pay via a computer kiosk and takeaway containers are extra $. A tip is part of the process. The tofu is straight out the container. If you ask to heat it in a grill the response has been that the food has already been prepped. $6.50 for a boiled prepped chicken breast ON TOP of the near 10 bucks for salad and carb. Today got the healing soup. It was weightwatchers 80's soup with cabbage, celery, canned tomatoes and red pepper flakes. Not bad, but not healing or worth 6 bucks for a cup. The noodles are nice and bouncy, but aside from the oil to keep them sticking, you have to pay for any seasoning (dressing, Sriracha etc). I have come back the last half dozen times and it hasn't improved. I'm sorry to say I will no longer be a patron. The prices are not reflective of quality or service. The attached photo is a $20 meal - cup of soup, side of noodles and a hot tea.
